You managed to explain some old (and prolific) theories in a short time and apply them to "new problems" like how important childcare is. Maybe it was necessary to use theories familiar to most, as to not overwhelm and lose viewers. It's still a good introduction into the topic of learning, thanks for doing this ❤ To anyone who feels like rewards and punishment doesn't explain much of your motivated behavior or learning: most of these "operants/motivators" are extrinsically motivating. The motivating factor depends on your perception of the power to choose to do some behavior, and it depends on the extent of support of autonomy BY a reward (rather than it controlling your behavior). Self Determination Theory is a pretty extensive theory on learning that (I think) should be taught, instead of classical conditioning or other historical theories - at least when the history aspect of psychology is not relevant. If it is, well okay.
