Before I plugged in camera, I downloaded the ycc465 PLUS app to register my email address and create a password. I then clicked on the link provided in the email confirmation to log in. THEN I PLUGGED IN the Camera, waited for camera to initialize -- then followed the app instructions on screen. *** If you have the ycc365 plus camera, be sure you download the ycc365 PLUS app. It has to include "plus". Follow TH-cam instructions for the ycc365 Plus (not ycc365). I followed "FREDI HU" instructions. The only problem I had at 1st is I needed to change my WIFI setting from 5g ...to 2g. And when I scanned the QR bar code, it kept failing. I finally realized I was holding the bar code too close to camera. If connection keeps "failing" adjust your distance (move closer or move back) and scan again. Repeat the process (adjusting the distance, scan....until it takes.. Also make sure you can see barcode image centered in the eye of camera. This camera actually works good.😎
