Nice work Chris. I'm the same as you, I often wear disposable gloves and always buy cheap brushes for oil based paints. My mate looked at me like I had a tree growing out of my head when I told him I buy cheap brushes when using oil based paints ;-) Cleaning them is a real pain!

Chris have you ever tried gracos new jet roller. Its a attachment to an extension that back rolls as you're spraying.

how well does that paint cover where you scraped or did you feather it when sanding?
he mentioned that the oil based paint took awhile to dry and would smooth out pretty well but i was surprised myself that he didnt fill in the gaps. id think that sanding dead feather it some but not completely. but then it's was a demo on how to quickly repaint outdoor furniture, not make it like new again. i know he is meticulous when he needs to be and this just seemed to be a quick how to and to advise what paint to use.
do you think that paint would go trough a latex cup gun without being cut or thinned?
Because even loading paint in a airless takes up to much paint to fill the lines.... the cup gun works awesome for smaller projects because you don't have to buy a gallon

If your intention is to educate , start by telling what surface you are working on. Into 4 minutes of video you have said tabletop 10 times. Is it wood, is it plastic, is it vinyl or aluminum . These all matter when Choosing what you will be doing.
