I have no idea if he owns any shares as I can't take the Honeycomb spokesman word on it, that is for the courts, but I won't accept that he doesn't just based on their reply. As far as "counterfeit" products, they are probably not "counterfeit" but an earlier stage of the same product. I mean, this "individual" didn't just pull tooling out of his ass to make "counterfeit" products. And if someone was selling them on the corner in a white ford Econoline van, I might just buy them if the price was good and I thought they'd work. I of course would never steer people towards a site that I personally don't know. But buying equipment from a guy they themselves gave the title of "Founder and CEO", sure. Will I? No. If this individual finds grounds that permit him to sell them as a founder or as a newly formed company, I don't see why not.

Also, for the 'Fullest Picture', you really do need to read ALL the additional information given in the web-links (the orange-highlighted words) by FSElite. I wish I still had a link to/copy of Nikki's original letter, where he made both the Company's, and his own, problems known. Personally, I totally believe that Nikki really IS the original "Founder & the CEO" of the original 'Honeycomb.Aeronautical Inc', also that the Charlie Pedals that he is selling are the genuine article and the one's that the H.K. imposters are selling are based on an early prototype, and it seems, 'built DOWN to a price', with cheaper, inferior and worse-finished products, in addition, it is actually 'THEIR' pedals that failed , 'under testing' at 140,000 cycles!
After 2 years I still haven’t bought a yoke, it was going to be Honeycomb. I guess I am going to have to wait a while longer or spring for something like the CLS60.😏

Correct me if I am wrong, but the news release you summarized did not (a) give any indication of how how all these expenses are being funded, (b) discuss liquidity, or (c) capital adequacy. So, I am highly skeptical of all of this. Ok, I am a retired commercial bank lender, so financial skepticism is ingrained in my DNA. I do hope Honeycomb survives and restarts production and product development; the Alpha, Bravo, and gen two Alpha have proven to be be excellent products.
As one of the unfortunate Charlie pre-order scam victims, I'm still waiting...waiting...waiting for any sign of delivery. Since mine was paid for a year and a half ago, I'm especially interested in their new products.
I have both the honeycomb alpha yoke and bravo throttle quadrant and greatly enjoy both products. Was all set to complete with the Charlie rudder pedals two years ago. Waited and waited. When it looked hopeless got a thrustmaser TPR rudder pedals instead and really enjoying those. So sorry Charlie. Hope you get it all worked out. I do enjoy honeycomb products.

Strange Honeycomb were at expo 2024, after looking at the FSElite article and various legal documents, shown. It looks like Snakebyte are the counterfeit product, and not the other way around, anyone else thinks the same?
My uninformed take from the cheap seats: 1. Nicki is an aviation enthusiast and a brilliant engineer. 2. Nicki is not a brilliant businessman. He gave trust to a partner without clear understanding and documentation as to each other's roles and responsibilities. 3. Nicki proceeded with development of HC products, presuming that said partner was handling the business side honorably. 4. Turns out, said partner was not at all trustworthy. He/they did not share Nicki's passion and mission for Honeycomb products. He/they diverted funds for purposes other than development and supply of Honeycomb products and obfuscated what was going on. 5. Nicki is trying gamely to wrest control of his brainchildren back from the snakes at Snakebite. I, for one, I hope he succeeds. Fwiw, I own the Alpha and Bravo controls. Along with Logitech pedals and a Wheelstand Pro, it's a sweet little setup.
The problem is we still don't know who to believe: Nicki Repenning or the other guy(s). What's weird is this latest announcement has no name attached, so I assume they are referring to Nicki when they say the individual who was calling himself "founder." It appears they (Mark?) have control of the website, and Nicki no longer has access. I could be totally wrong about this, of course. What's weirder is Honeycomb was present at FS Expo '24, but it wasn't Nicki. And, as one youtuber said, there was no excitement at the booth compared to years before.
@@ronstewtsaw I think you're right. I saw him a couple of times but never saw him at their "booth." I say this in quotes because it was nothing but a chair and a couple of empty Alpha packagings. I never saw anybody actually manning the booth. Very weird.

Your side, their side and the truth. ; At this point who knows what the truth is. I love my Alpha and bravo. But once I'm able to I hope to get the Turtle Beach rudders.
I built a cockpit in the Fall of 2023 and was fortunate enough to get the Alpha and Bravo just before the Honeycomb mess ensued. I purchased the Turtle Beach rudders and can highly recommend them.

From our perspective doesn't that best describe how things actually exist today with Honeycomb? And I agree with others in that the management update issued was not of corporate quality - my guess not written or checked by anyone whose first language is English - this being another red flag.
This looks like a letter designed to create confusion and doubt on the company in the hopes people stop buying products thereby bankrupting one side so the other can just take over by default. Sounds like there is a dispute of ownership and customers would be better off if the author of this letter didn’t win - dishonest and not professional. I have an Alpha and Bravo and no interest in the pedals, but if I did this letter would convert me from, staying away cautiously, to buying to support the person trying to recover the company. Wish you had given a stronger opinion in the video on the motives of this letter - which i can tell from your tone, you have.

Set an Autopilot altitude and heading, then use heading mode to fly around.
