Wow, very similar style to the way Brad does HOA calls. Glad i looked for your channel based on his recommendation. Like him, it's amazing you don't have more listeners here yet. I really enjoyed these calls. Harmless and fun. I really liked the ridiculous names you chose and belligerently stood by them! Also loved the casual misogyny liberally thrown in. You can tell who is acting like they’re taking your name down when you spell out T -h-a-t and they brush it off as if they wrote it down.. I always wondered if they aren’t going to actually write it down why do they bother ask you to spell it
