Oh, sorry. For my number plate I just had the light bar with no turn signals... for mine I just found the positive wire coming from the switch when I hit the high beam and I tapped into that. Only thing is to make sure that it’s dc current and not ac. (Dc-direct current, 12volts all the time... ac- alternating current, will give more volts when you give it throttle) hopefully this helps some
I know I’m a little late but do you have updated links ? Or what size is your led bar ? I want one but idk where I can get it with the brackets that grip the forks
The number plate is from MNNTHBX because they sell a bracket that goes with it. The brackets for the headlight were handmade and the led bar I got off eBay I think. Currently right now I’m running a 3 led bar setup and they are made by nilight, they are on amazon. Just check the lumens it has before buying

Im going to do the same light bar for my grom, I bought the connectors from amazon and I have a matching 6 pin connector. Can I just wire the 2 wires from the led to my amazon connector and find the high beam and wire it like you did?
More than likely yes. It’s honestly hard for me to visualize everything. I’m more of a hands on type of person. But more than likely that should work. Only thing that might happen is it will need a solid connection on the low beam if it pulls too much power constantly... oh, and also make sure it’s dc current to the led
@@GromGarage ok thank you for the reply, I will try it out when I get home from work. I hate to sound like such a noob but I am haha how do I tell if its DC or AC? can I use a multimeter?
Yes. So dc is direct current and ac is alternating current. Use a multimeter to see the volts coming from the wires that power the headlight. If you crank the bike and the volts stay constant around 12v that means dc... if the volts go up a fluctuate as you give the bike some throttle (more rpms) this means ac. If it’s a og grom it’s ac stock. And I believe the sf is dc stock
Looks great Bro. Good Job!!!!! I wasted my headlight on My 2015 Grom. Honda wants about $300 just for the Projector. Going to check out your links. Thanks
I just did the single light like you saw, I had to take the fender off as it was hitting but I’m loving it! A lot of light and it looks pretty cool. Also having it on a switch is pretty convenient
Basically, you only wired up the low beams. the reason you often see lightbars in bikes in pairs is because you need a second one for the hi beam pins, typically.

Where did you get your side decals from that have the number 5 on them?
Anybody have any idea of how to get this setup to work on a 2017+ grom? I can't find any videos anywhere.
I would guess zip ties lol, seen a bunch of people running it but I have never looked or asked about it 🤷🏻♂️
@@GromGarage I can get the number plate, just the wiring is what confuses me lol thanks though.

Looks good, but would the light bar interfere with the wheel when the suspension compresses?
Yeah I ended up having to remove the fender
Shame! Looks good nevertheless.
Can you make a video of put the front head number plate on Honda Grom ? Please
I won't be running a number plate on the Grom, so if you wanna order me one and send it here I'll maybe make a video about it for ya.

Did you get a 7 inch or 6 inch led bar ? Also how many watts/Volts?

Where did you get the 4 pin connector
I buy them in bulk online, I just look for connectors I like and buy the cheapest ones as long as they look decent
man you had me shaking when you had that razor slowly coming towards your face.... Looks good BTW! Might have to do this to my Z
😂😂 do as I say, not as I do. Lol
I enjoy seeing you learn as you go along. Keeps things real haha.
Where can I find one of these for my Fz 07 ?
Where do u get your wakasaki decal ( front plate number )?
Drippin wet, they make really good decals and help come up with designs and stuff if you want something custom

Love it so far, very bright and it’s different... just blinds people... sorry 😐
Z Garage
I would love the opportunity to "Blind" someone. My stock Grom headlight is the worst.
I'm pretty sure you smashed the light and your fender being so low
Where did you get the connector that you used for the pins on the bar? Looks real good by the way
Thanks! And I just searched Motorcycle Connectors it's a 2.8mm pin style
Thanks! Also did you do a spot beam or flood beam? How is it working out for you?

Yeah, and I like how I can turn it off if I need to go into stealth mode and hide! 😂

Definitely a nice setup, but I now have the headlight mounted and cut into the number plate so I can run the front fender again
