Directed and produced by Mr. Cai Wenqin, a former Golden Bell Award-winning producer and advertising director, this 12-episode series delves into the making of the film "The Time of Huna nan "It vividly captures the process of film production, the actors' immersion into their roles, and the recreation of the shooting scenes.
The narrative unfolds, recounting the story from the "Huan Nan Market" to the broader tale of the capital city, "West City Story" in Wanhua. Mr. Cai Wenqin serves as both director and producer, providing a comprehensive look at the intricate details behind the scenes.
In the music segment, the first episode follows the footsteps of director Leading LEE and music director YCH. The scenes transition from Taipei to Tainan, showcasing collaboration with the top-tier "CO SWING Jazz Band" in Tainan. The series offers a live recording experience of the 5.1 surround sound music, unveiling the recording process of the jazz music in the film. It also sheds light on the original intent and inspiration behind the composition.
