I wouldn't recommend it, only because it shrinks after you apply it. It's basically pre-mixed greenstuff that you can apply with a brush, but it's lousy for hiding gaps on models. You're better off with normal greenstuff mixed with a little water (to make it workable), or go with milliput mixed with a tiny bit of isopropyl alcohol (to make it workable).
Almost choked to death when you said "wait for your neighbors to leave ..."
Awesome! I do believe post apocalyptic terrain is gaining more popularity! Especially with the recent release of Zombicide 2nd edition
Flawless execution and the endresult is amazing! Super job!
So what does "Liquid Green stuff" do?

How did you do the gas mask sign? Sticker?
Yes, that was a decal from Green Stuff World.

Great joke a bout the neighbors screen I've got screens of my own I never thought of useing. It like that
Yeah I bought a bunch of screen to fix some old windows at my place then had a bunch left over. Now I just cut it up for terrain :)
Maybe Legos also could be a different way also
I've often thought about using Lego! I may have to rob my son's Lego collection
