One problem with some 'Silent Generation' and early Boomers, is that they often demand your respect, without having earned it but don't want to give any to younger generations, even when it is clearly earned. I'm GenX and have experienced this a various times in my life.

As Genz I must also concur that your generation has done it to us as well. I think we just naturally do that as creatures. Not bashing just giving my 2 cents. Good luck out there in the real world tho it’s getting to be a fun time lol

My parents don’t do this thankfully as a millennial they are very open with me I guess cause in a way I was special needs. I work part time and don’t cause trouble. They have been my biggest support system. Though they had it rough they wouldn’t put that same burden on me.

Gen alpha being the most promising generation was really unexpected but at least they’re not roasting gen alpha for being ‘iPad kids’

      @Thurgosh_OG หลายเดือนก่อน

That's wishful thinking by the video makers. Gen Alpha and at least some of GenZ are the generations of PAGS (Participation Awards Generations) and are not being given a chance to develop competitive skills and knowledge early in life as preparation for real life later on. GenZ are the 'Entitled' generation, who thinks everything should be handed to them without effort, recourse or accountability.

You forgot about the “Lost Generation (1883-1900)” and the “Greatest Generation (1901-1927)”.

Baby Boomers had really strong work ethics, even though many in the western world are retiring like crazy. They were also selfish. GenX is small in numbers but very cunning, however are jack of all trades type people. Millennials are individualistic, work-to-live and do only the required amount of work. They do not go above and beyond. Gen Z is diverse, tech savvy, but have commitment issues to work and live in general. Gen Alpha will be very smart, and grow up with lots of opportunities like their grandparents the boomers.

GenX here and I'm still the person called on to explain tech, fix tech and advise on tech and apps. Why does this video think Gen Z are the tech experts, when I'm still having to guide them? And I'm not alone in this, many of my general age, are doing the same.

I mean gen Z is very used to social media. so if you ask them to use any app, they will adapt in no time. Everyone needs a guide at first, but they adapt faster compared to other generations.

Gen Z here. I have to admit that I trust a lot of people from Gen X because I trust your judgments. Even though I'm only 24, I get into way too much politics everyday because of the economy crisis which is very hurtful for the working class. Plus, I'm more conservative.

The 'Post War Economic Boom' referenced (0:57) for Boomers, mostly just relates to US Boomers, as just about everywhere else, in the world, they were still recovering from WWII and rebuilding (for example the UK was still on rationing till mid 1954).

One thing I've noticed with millennials and Generation Z is that they do not know how to fix their own problems. They will instead go somewhere else with less problems, ruin it, and move to the next place with no problems.

    • @aasifazimabadi786

Birth certificates usually have a time of birth nowadays. Let’s hypothetically say that Zoomers start January 1, 1995. 11:59 AM is when the last Millennial was born. 12 Midnight is when the first Zoomer emerges. These are artificial cultural constructs, anyway. People born towards the end of one generation are rather similar to those at the beginning of the next one. It’s kind of like decades with music. For example, the music of 1979 is much more similar to the music of 1981 than the music of 1971. For mental ease of classification, we just employ a shortcut of 70s or Boomers for the people born in the two decades after WWII.

It's downhill from here thanks to Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Influencers and bloggers are now the "in" things. In the next decade no-one will be able to do anything because they were too involved in social media and tech instead of living life and learning along the way. Good luck with that! 🙈✌🤣🤭

Hmmm.... this seems a little tech centered.... like the only stimulation is coming from tech. Can any of the younger generations grow food on their own? Survive with the natural resources in their region? I know the answer is yes, but you would never know it from videos like this. Life beyond tech as we know it is the future. Global interconnections are shutting down. The resources and diplomatic networks to make modern tech work are dissolving. If you can't get a computer chip...you won't have a social network....might have to actually build a physical local community again🥴

      Gen Z here.
After 10-20 years of saying men are toxic, dumb, replaceable, falling behind in schools, not having a shot in hell in the dating realm, can you blame us.
EVERYTHING has been overtly centered on women from being girl bosses to only fans where they don't need no men and can "run" everything on their own without normal men.
Myself and along with other young men, are sick of this constant B.S that's been a plague on us for years.
