Yes, these are pretty awesome figures. The outfits and accessories are fantastic. Only thing they really could have improved is the facial paint application.
Great review.I only got mine now from eBay...you’re spot on about the joint movements..I accidentally snapped Egons right arm..gutted!! Managed to undress him and get a half decent pose.Amazing face sculpts.
very good display setup. Did you put Ray's watch on the other hand? little detail that caught my eye last time I saw the film. Just one thing, the smaller key fobs go round the back of the belt, you can see Ray hangs his goggles on it at the Gozer showdown.

Yeah, I think this has sold out at most retailers. I'm glad I preordered to secure the set. I think some people have had Winston's head sculpt repainted a lighter shade, and it makes a big difference when the details in the sculpt are brought out. But I'll probably leave it as is I think. They all look awesome together, so I'm happy enough.
These look damn awesome, dude! I wanted to get the special pack myself, but I got fucked over at the time, by not only a broken fridge, but I also had to move to another apartment as well... Never been so pissed off before LOL! Well, I can forget about getting these now though, as the prices have probably gone throught the roof and beyond.

Finally got my 4 pack and Winston was the last to unpack and he's faulty! His boiler suit has spengler on it instead of zeddamore. Also the body underneath is white. Waited for ages for these. 😥
Definitely Hot Toys is way ahead of the competition. I have some NBA figures by Enterbay, and have the Ghostbusters and Universal Soldier figures from Blitzway. I'd say Blitzway is better than Enterbay from the figures I have.
This whole set retailed for about USD$900. Not sure how much people are asking for it now in the aftermarket. Price may have gone up, but in some cases the value of these types of figures has dropped or stayed the same.
I think Mezco will do a better job. They look too serious. They also appear flat, like you said. I hope hot toys makes them, or Soldiers Story capitalizes on their version of the Ghostbusters, because I don't think this lives up to my standards. Especially for such a high price now.
At retail price for the set, this set was great value. The only thing I think HT would improve on would be the head paint application and stands. Everything else I think Blitzway did a great job.

Ouch!! Snapping that arm wouldve hurt, especially if you paid high Ebay price for the set!! Did you replace the body?

I didn't bother putting the watches on since the sleeves of the outfit cover them anyway.

All I have are the cheap cheap Mattel’s these are amazing I won’t deny that so and that’s not too bad for all the stuff you got as well
