I use a samsung s20fe for most of my videos but never filmed a reef tank. My suggestion is to try shooting manually and set the temperature (the value with a K unit) to warmer (higher number) values. According to forums as I just searched the topic, use an orange filter on your lens which does the same thing of making the image "warmer".
only had experience with 2 male bettas, a blue one, and a red one. The blue one was a "friendly" one and was with a community of small fish, none were chased even in feeding time. The other was a red one and for a long time, it can't be kept with anything, not even snails.
