- The Witch Hunters prepare to reclaim their home from the dead. Letting nothing stand in their way, even fellow Imperials. Otto views all as an obstacle to his return to Sylvania. He and his family enter Mordheim, prepared for the worst. The Sisters, wishing to purge the unholy from Mordheim, enter at the same time. As both parties meet each other on the streets of the damned, Otto declares the holy sisters an enemy and opens fire.

I am HELLA pumped for these Mordheim games. My absolute FAVORITE mini war game!
23:15 she wasn't stunned, just knocked down. I believe there's a difference.
Yeah she should’ve gotten up in the recovery phase. She would actually just have to fight last in the combat. Even if she was stunned she would wake up in the recovery phase and not be an instant knock out
21:32 knocked down. 21:46 forgot to recover her. On 23:05 she should be up not stunned.
Keep the Mordheim coming, please. I’ve been playing war games since ‘88, and I fully believe Mordheim is the best game ever produced.

Awesome terrain! Kinda puts my old 'classic' Mordheim terrain to shame. Great to see this game is still being played though!
Awesome stuff, really great minis and table. Just a couple of little rules things that will crop up a lot so worth catching early: parry is only once per combat round, not once per opponent and no XP for henchmen taking guys OOA. Great report and brilliant production value too, bravo
Thanks for a wonderful work Steve you have outdone yourself with this Mordheim campaign! Best terrain, best players and loads of fun. Small side note, sisters rolled a 8 on the advance rolls. Should be +1 Attack. (and not +Ld).

I'm missing smth or at 19:45 - Master Strike adds +2 to the injury roll, so should be 5 (?)

I think it is the optional crit chart result “Master Shot” rather than the standard crit chart result “Master Strike” you mentioned.
@@christomsharpe Thx. I just found this optional rules. Im pretty new to Mordheim. Played 5 games so far and i didnt know there are different crit charts.
@@Ihorn01 no worries my man it is probably best to stick to the core rules early on and add extra bits as you go along, just to stop things getting too complicated right away. Generally I prefer the optional crit rules though as they are a little less brutal as well as a bit crazy with things like wild sweep, richochet and kebab! I hope you are having a fantastic time, I absolutely adore Mordheim!
@@christomsharpe When my friend asked if i wanna try Mordheim i was skeptical and didn't expect much (i knew nothing about h2p). But boy oh boy, yeeessss we are having a fantastic time and so much hype. Although, thankfully after watching this vid (and the rest of the campaign episodes) i realized we did a lot of rules mistakes and one huge f'ck up. When creating warbands we rolled for every lvl up from the starting hero XP. So few of them became quite OP from game 1. My Runesmith with 6 skills or my friend Skaven Assasin with 4A :P Now warbands are restarted and we begin the new campaign.
And yeah i prefer optional crit rules after reading them. So this one we gonna implement for sure :)

Don’t worry about little mistakes they are par for the course and over time you will likely make minor adaptions and house rules anyway to suit your tastes. Best way to thank your friend for the recommendation would be to make some scratch built terrain to play your campaign on 👍👍. I’m typing now as I’m taking a moment’s break from adding some stocks, headsman’s block and other details to my gallows

Henchmen can only get one XP per game.
Figured that out last year after playing it for thirty years almost.
Unless they picked up a Wyrdstone which also gives 1XP, but yeah otherwise only XP for survival, not for killing

Great video! Just another correction: you can only attempt to parry once during a single combat. So the sister vs the two flagellants and the hound could have only attempted to parry the first hit.
Love the production value of this campaign. It looks great.
You should make dogs be able to get xp with more needed for level ups and/or having a worse chart to roll on.
We had a dog that got disarm and got a sword from a chaos warrior. We allowed him to parry for the rest of the campaign.

This was really cool, and Mordheim remains awesome, especially with great boards like these. I wanted to ask you, Steve, where are the roads from? Are they a 3D print, or a normally available product? I've been looking for a few roads myself, so it'd be interesting to see how I can get ahold of some.

Nice bar rep, honestly as a long time sister player, not happy with the swords, it really changes the complexion and spirit of the sisters. Other then some minor rules mistakes, great game!

Wonderful board and buildings and miniatures. But to be honest I sometimes prefer mordheim 3vs3 or 4vs4 so you have alliances and betrayal.

All other games are only for members?
im assuming your going house rules anyway but you can only parry ones per round of combat not ones for every weapon your attacked with but again im assuming this is just house rules

The boss is from cursed city, 2 of the hunters and the hounds are from a underworlds warband, the other 2 with hunters are from aos and the rest are old fantasy flagellants
