As a 22 year old that feels a bit lost, I can’t wait to feel as at peace with myself as you are 🙌🏼 I’m not a partier, but I am a broke traveller who keeps on studying with no clear end goal…I feel a bit stranded, with no real idea of what’s next for me, but that’s okay sometimes 🤷🏼♀️😅

36 here and just about starting to figure it all out… take your time, there’s no set deadlines to have achieved certain things. Just focus in on you and what helps you grow. 💞
49 and starting over trying to reinvent myself after so many health problems caused me to end the career that was my life’s passion. We all get lost sometimes and it is ok. Take a breath and just don’t do anything that makes you not think clearly (alcohol, drugs, etc). It will all work out in the end.

I found out I was pregnant with my son on my 32nd birthday. He was born the following April. I also enjoyed my 20's. Having my son in my 30's was the best thing I did! Happy Birthday to you and Christopher!

Happy belated Birthday! I turned 49 in July, so I have a few nuggets of wisdom to share.
1. Time goes by faster and faster, it's like a roll of bathroom tissue -- the closer you get to the end the faster it goes. So savor every moment possible.
2. If you want children, get on that NOW. My husband and I waited on getting help with fertility issues, and it was too late when we finally addressed it.

Haha - I'm watching this again, a year on. I agree, in retrospect for me, my 30s were the best years. Enough life experience to become solid inside our minds, and our bodies are still completely at our command. This, from the point of view of age 71. Don't worry, several decades of a body kept in shape to enjoy. At the same time, the 30s are really special, imo. Cheers - and many wonderful videos for us to come!

Cecilia, I have a question. How did your English get so good? I am a native English speaker and also speak Japanese and some German and I know how hard it is to master a second language. Your level of fluency is amazing!
She lived in Ireland and learned it from scratch, she doesn’t translate from SVEEDEESH to English unlike most. In her mind, it’s a whole separate language.
Lived in English speaking countries.
Pretty much everyone in Sweden (and all of Scandinavia) is fluent in English.
