Your leaves looking completely different from someone else’s despite them being the same plant? It happens a lot and people seem to get mixed up about ID’s because of it!
Variegated chelsea isnt scientifically correct though it may look like it! Thats the whole point of today’s video, even though the leaves look different, it doesn’t change the ID

There are some fishy sellers trying to upsell these “variegated hoya chelseas” for 70 dollars for 2 leaves (not naming names) and it drives me insane that they probably sold like atleast 20 of these things. As well as showing the verticillata since I recieved a cutting that looks really similar to my carnosa lol. It puts me at ease knowing that it’s okay for my baby to have no veins yet haha
Omg I did that! I recently bought a Krimson Queen because the leaves looked SO much rounder than the one I had at home! I was kinda hoping it was like a different variety 😆
Hi, I just bought a Hoya mathilde but I believe I had received a Hoya serpent instead because it is 15 centimetres long and had six tiny leaves as small as my little finger nail. And the leaves are thin and darker than your plant. Have you got any video about the difference among those two Hoyas? Thank you! 🍃😄

I still don’t know, Lessya? The one I have has heart shaped leaves an I think it’s totally different from Crimson Queen. 💚😃
Oh, and grows kinda stacked than vines an has abs. I might post a pic an get opinions on it. 😃
