Oh & this song reminds me of my father C.E.McCauley jr & Fred Darlington whom played willie Nelson records on my fathers General Electric console stereo in the early 80s. They was good friends who did what real friends do, enjoy each other’s company listening to Good music . I love & miss you both more than you know. Both died from addiction & it’s a terrible thing that all types of people die from. There is no names on addiction, anyone can be taken by it so dont think less of anyone because of it. It can get you or a loved one too.
Just found out my one of my closest friends will pass soon.I am shook to my core....I have always loved her Thank you, Willie for such a soothing melody.I am soooooo blessed to have known this angel She will always be in my heart.

I have a question which I've been searching answers to forever..trying to find anyone in country music who new Rose Maddox and the Maddox Bros.Im told I am related.and would like to know about them.ancestry.com has nothing at this point.I am from Modesto ca.where they settled.I know they played with all the country greats.sooo curious.pls help.thank.you.
