Just got this one for my birthday. I love it. I love the look and the durability. It even dresses up nicely with a black leather strap. SWC customer service is superb.

You're right. That AR plus flat dial really makes the crystal disappear. Its like magic! The visual "flatness" is not always what I'm looking for in a watch but it is definitely a superb quality for a field watch. Just picked one up 😉⌚

Great review, I'm totally sold on all the great technical features the SWC guys have built into this watch, what incredible value for money! I would like a Bunker, but I'm slowly getting into this one, maybe a bit more. It has a simple clarity with almost all the numerals being on the dial.Thanks for a great review.
Hey Jonah....Strong looking watch...I like to have the date on my watches too..the silver gray strap is nice! I agree about the logo.
this watch is awesome. another one to look at is the Bertucci DX3 or the AP3 models. Or even the Gamekepper, really most all of their models are awesome! I love my full lume DX3 Plus Glow model. It is pretty cool!

Warning: This watch steals wrist time from your others! It’s SO light and comfortable, I kept it on for over a week. Like you said, you hardly know it’s there, but it’s rugged enough for all activities.

Yes but it carries the lume well even on long winter nights. Having said that, I'd prefer more lumed surface on the hands.

Very eager to get one. Very close to the perfect field watch for me. Just wish the date complication wasn't there as I'd prefer a plain number 3 myself, but the specs for the money are amazing. Just waiting for the website to stop showing "Sold Out"! Great review that helped to sell it for me.

Hey, i just got into SWC and also would like to buy one. Since you say they are sold out. In the 7 months you've posted have they restocked?
I do like the case on this one. I am curious about how the Ameriquartz (made in USA) movement..
I'm tempted to make this my very first SWC watch however I'm still holding out hope on getting a BUNKER model. Wish they made more Bunkers available, more often. Eventually I'll get lucky and own one.

Get an ARK, you won't regret it. I carry it 24/7. In time you'll get your Bunker.
Bunkers are available now but I opted for the arc as prefer 38mm
I'm about 80% sold on this watch. That said, Something in the 35-36mm would be more to my liking along with military timing would cinch it and be accurate to the design. Perhaps they will offer this in the future.
It is a very well done watch for the price, I like the design and the build seems solid too. Not liking that the first strap didn't seem to fit all that well though. But still a great value watch.
Yeah it made me wonder if they just accidentally gave me an 18mm strap 🤷♂
@@the1010watchclub mine (same color strap) fits perfectly, no gaps. I think if you tell them about it, they'll send you a 20mm in no time.
