I have one in a failing public water system. It is in remote mode, and none of the 3 lights are on. The remote control is a Hand/Off/Auto switch. When I go into local mode, none of the 3 lights are on, and it still listens to the remote switch. It always shows the I/O icon. I need to learn how to get it into Keypad operation mode, and how to manually reverse the motor if/when needed. After watching this vid, I think that both control locations are set to remote, and one of them needs to be set to keypad, before loc/rem button will give me keypad control. Need a little help.
what do i do if the fault is stating "Slot communication" or " Slot fault" please and thank you. i already got a new drive and installed it but its still saying "Slot Communication".
What option card do you used option A,B,C,D? shutdown power first before the installation. Install option board in correct slot at control module then power up. If the fault still occur reset the unit to factory default. If you experience same fault may the option card you used is defective or you need to update the firmware. Maybe on application you need.
Ahmad Najemuddin . you can control the motor direction by using 2 digital input for the inverter one in the FWD terminal and the other in REV terminal in inverter block terminal . once the fwd digital input goes true the inverter will run the motor in its forward direction . also when the rev signal becomes true the inverter will run the motor in the reverse direction .
