GeneralBiscuitz There are tutorials around that teach you the basics. But other than one or two tutorials on TH-cam most of my animation style was developed from just tinkering with the programs and watching other animations a lot.

What was this made with? AE? Flash? This is absolutely magnificent!
It was a little bit of both. Flash was used for the entire animation and minor visual tweaks were added in AE.
