As of now, your videos are the best resource for the latest approach to treating ADHD for us late diagnosed women. I am no longer shocked how lacking studies are and how much I rely on anecdotal info from patients as well as professionals’ personal findings. Thank you for condensing a confusing and frustrating subject into succinct and well organized facts/findings.

I'm glad that the videos are of help. As some have pointed out when I rely on the scientific approach, anecdotes can provide some useful information, but they should always be identified as such, and their significance for the treatment of others is limited until more extensive study can be done.

Just starting the video. As someone with ADHD, perimenopause really worsened my ADHD symptoms. HRT has helped to some extent. The fatigue was unreal, and I never felt so stupid. Thank you for talking about this.

John thanks for picking up on this idea! I'm reassured you haven't found anything more than I had. Maybe my menopausal brain rot isn't as bad I thought.
I'm pleased to say I'm doing way better now I'm on a combination of HRT, plus lamatrogine and clonidine after my diagnosis of AuDHD.

So many good videos in such short succession… wow! I have trouble keeping up with watching them! 😅 (My untreated ADHD doesn’t help. 😅)
