  • I think this is chukar that Joel brought from the field to the freezer. I know this is my recently foraged mustang grape and red pepper (from the garden), super-hot jelly. Combined with brown butter as a marinade, served with saffron rice and a Caesar salad, this was the best Monday night dinner in a while! Make it yourself with chicken or Cornish hens and store-bought jalapeño jelly. Here’s a 1.5 minute how end too!
