I worked at Pizza Hut 21 years ago and we put the wings through the oven as we didn’t have fryers back then. I’d suggest running them through the oven even if halfway then throw them in the fryer to crisp them up a little.

As someone who spent 3 years working as a fry cook in a grocery store deli, I can tell you right now that oil is at least 3 days old. Clean oil is light golden, this is medium-dark brown indicating moderate to frequent use. I mean it's probably "clean" as most modern fryers have a filtration system but it's not "very clean
I'm not saying its dirty, it would be black if it was dirty but this is by no means very clean

They need to fire him which they will if they ever see these videos hes doing everything wrong, didn't grab the glove which is on the wing fridge door so you don't cross contaminate, he pressed the wrong button on the fryer and you are not suppose to mix sauce especially on camera we do it for personal use but not for customers.
@@Nugz0rz I've gotten mixed sauce several times before. Its not against health code. You just either need to wash the bowl or use a clean one next time.
