    1. Parts Finder Bot: A technician is onsite or en route to a customer location and realizes he or she does not have a part. PVA helps find the closest warehouse location to receive the part and send a push notification to easily route to location.
    2. Troubleshoot Bot: A technician is onsite and needs help troubleshooting an issues. PVA helps locate articles, videos, and gives the option to make a Remote Assist call to an expert for help.
