That Go kart attraction needs to go to Universal as a Mario Kart attraction.

This is what I imagined Mario Kart was going to be.

I didn't even know a ride like this existed until I walked up to it. Yep, this would be a great Mario Kart ride.

Never heard of this theme park before. Thanks for sharing. It looks fun. My main worry is how few people were going to the park. Can they really keep operating this park when only a handful of people are coming each day? It felt like the number of employees in the video was way higher than the number of guests at the park.

Despite the rain closing a few of the rides, we had a great day here. I was fighting the humidity all day so when it decided to rain while we were at the second park, it was welcome. I have been to Japan three times now. With each visit I am amazed at how the parks stay open. Other than some of the larger well-known parks, I have visited dozens of parks in Japan while being one of the very few people inside them. Very strange indeed.

Well alright. I now have something to watch that much better than any streaming or anything on my local cable lineup. See you this evening Sean~

I'm surprised you didn't visit Suzuka circuit back in 05 because they had an slc and a clone of jokers jinx back then.

The only thing I knew about that park was the SLC and the FoF clone. From the pictures I have seen of the ultra bulky restraints on the trains of Mad Cobra, I don't feel like I am missing much from not going to that park earlier, to be honest. I wasn't even aware they had different coasters at the park now as visiting wasn't on our schedule for this trip so I didn't look the park up.. It just kind of fell into place for us to visit this year. Strange how that works out sometimes. Ha ha.

Two things that were quite surprising in the first five minutes. A Pringles vending machine and an indoor coaster. Was the indoor coaster called Ironbull? Digging the Meshuggah jersey Sean. I have a nice copy of "Violent Sleep Of Reason". I really dig it. Pyrenees looks like a pretty intense ride. I commend you for sitting out a ride. You have no fear at all and you definitely know your limits. Congratulations on your 1111 credit. Wow. Huge and I mean huge accomplishment. Downtown Nagoya looks beautiful. I did not think that Japan got as muggy as it does here in New England at times in the summer. Outstanding footage Sean. Part nine was super fine. On deck for ten~

Yep. Ironbull wasn't a great ride. It was rough and had pretty bad restraints. Once and done for me. It was closed in 2005 when I first visited. Meshuggah's latest (Immutable) was an album I listened to on some of the bullet trains rides I took on this trip. Such a well produced and ultra-heavy record. I am actually wearing the album cover shirt that came with my vinyl copy, now, as I type this up. Lol. Yea, I was bummed that Pyrenees gave me a bad ride. If you look closely, you can see my ears are red from the head banging I got while riding. I hope to ride it again someday, in a different seat. I know it can provide great rides.

Pretty much. I had no idea a ride like this existed until I walked up to it. I know people that count this as a coaster after riding it. While it doesn't match up with my coaster definition, it certainly is a very fun ride regardless. I wonder if we will see more of these built.

The employees In Japanese parks definitely seem to have more "I love my job everyday " vibes than most American park employees , that's not to say I haven't met some really enthusiastic and cool ones throughout my various American park visits. Six flags over Georgia, Disneyland and Adventureland Iowa come to mind

They really do. I didn't visit a single park in the United States this year. I was spoiled by the employees that care about guests at the Japanese parks I think. I don't know what is happening to the US parks but they seem to be making a LOT of very poor choices within the last few years. It turned me off from wanting to visiting most of the parks here in the states.
