I remember this live, while driving to work, stuck in traffic. Looking around, I wasn't the only one in tears of laughter! Wonderful, fun days. Much missed.
Classic, absolute classic and it doesn't matter how many times I hear this I have tears of laughter running down my face. Radio 2 was a joy with Terry and the gang back then. It's never been the same since..
I'd give you more 'likes' if I could. God, they were a great team - classic radio and has never ever come close to being as good since. It never will now of course in today's climate of PC-speak, faux-offence and sackings.
Totally professional by Boggy keeping his composure , control, and holding it together whilst doing the traffic reports. Never heard so much wheezing cackling and chuckling. Absolute gold.🤣
Brilliant ! Abandon yourself to the joy of laughter! Such a tonic in these troubled time, still missed but remembered with such joy in how they got you through the morning
I remember this! I sent an email as the head of human resources saying that John Marsh was up for promotion and as the final part of the appraisal his travel bulletin would be listened to by senior managers and scored for clarity, authority and bottom. Yes, nothing to touch Wogan.
i once was driving in to london with a 17 year old apprentice i was pissing myself laughing at wogan he didnt see the humour i hope after after 17 years i hope hes found a sence of humour
They can laugh like crazy at a meme, that does nothing for me, so they can have a sense of humour, that's different to older generations. Maybe it goes in cycles, like music?
The only joy of the daily M61 traffic jams was identifying who was listening to Radio 1 and who was listening to Radio 2 ..the drivers bent double over their wheels had Terry on the wireless.
Those were the days when the Radio 2 was worth listening to. Now all they have is the awful Zoe Ball and the decidedly stale and tired Ken Bruce and Steve Wright who have both been running essentially the same shows for 3 or 4 decades. God, I miss Terry Wogan.
Are you aloud to laugh on the beeb nowadays , the wokes must have been traumatised by this hilarity. If ever we need Terry and the gang back, it’s now, not laughed since he left.

Radio 2 has never been the same without Sir Terry. He was an absolute legend and so greatly missed. RIP
I really miss Logan

Just brilliant, love hearing Terry and Johnny again, reminds me how wonderful those shows were... nothing to match them now.
Sadly missed. Naturally hilarious team that used to prepare me for a rotten day at work. Quite wonderful. Thanks for this!

Listening to this every morning sets me up for the day..... Bigger hahahahhahahahahaha
How I miss these boys, total hysteria.
Who needs props or guests when you can do this, its hilarious and I listened to it back then.
Possibly the most futile travel report ever! How I loved that show, it's the kind of radio that's sadly gone forever.
We shall never hear their like again.
Times I had to stop on my way to work to recover, absolutely brilliant and much missed
Great great days...
Forgot how enjoyable my commute was!
Oh the Joy's of travelling to work in the morning listening to Terry..its a wonder I never crashed the car....
Why the fuck have you appstrophised joys? And capitalised too.

If you're already struggling to recover from corpsing, "Biggar" isn't going to help! 🤣🤣🤣
Stop.
@kernow9324 At that point it was futile to continue. Brilliant stuff :) :)
If anyone had never heard of TW they would still laugh their heads off.
Sounds like muttley...
Heaven sakes lol 😆 😂 🤣
I'll never forget the 'Greenshield Stamp' letter.
Me neither...that poor woman must have been so embarrassed lol

Steve Wright is shockingly bad
So you got Bruce and Wright off Radio 2😂 Just one to go.
I just wet myself
I suppose it IS a clever trick...
Just a thought....... If dear Sir Terry were here today would the BBC be moving him aside for some talentless waste of space. Sorry Vernon.
What misery didn’t like it?
You have to have an actual sense of humour to enjoy this. If you're a po-faced misery-guts, just don't bother!!!
I so miss Old Tel and his toggs,,,, radio now is awful.

Yes indeed, You may laugh quietly or allowed (sic)!
