    For the eggs I open the carton and run my finger accrossvthe tops of the eggs. If they are broke they will stick to the carton and won't move when I run my fingers accross them.

    I check my produce too when shopping. I agree with you on the Aldi bread, it is dry. Lately our Sam's has been out of toilet paper. I'm hoping they will restock soon. We are down to our last individual pack. Shopping is exhausting. I usually need an entire day to recoup. Especially if I share the haul within the same day. Have a great day🙂

  • @Mmolesy

    To save you a whole lotta trouble with the eggs. I pick the carton up, look underneath, check the sides then open it up and look on top. If theres no cracks visible and the carton doesnt look wet. Its a winner. Saves you from picking up the eggs, one at a time and swapping them.
    Of course if its a styrofoamcarton youre screwed..😂🤣
    With the Avacados, if you gently push down on the top of the avacado (where the stem is, or is normally located) , you want a little bit of give. If its rock solid, its not ripe. If its super soft when you push down with your finger, its overripe.
    You can thank me later.😊

    Good morning sweet Meghan, I'm back lol. No I haven't been sick just rearranging my house and switching from all things plastic to all things glass,stainless steel, and cast iron. I was a Tupperware lady many years ago so I'm sure you have an idea how much plastic I had to go through. It was hard but I think health wise glass,stainless steel, and cast iron are much better. I have almost all of my food's like cereal and such all put in glass and the boxes are gone😫. I have switched around my cabinets to make more sense (now that I've gotten rid of the plastic). 😲. Good shopping but I have a few tricks for you. Always turn the fresh things over and look at the bottom, plus always reach for the stuff way in the back because sometimes people have it in their cart only to end up putting it back and along comes you and you grab it only to find out the next day that it has started to rot😲🤑😭😭😭. I have to say your other problem (the e.r. one) a apple a day keeps the Dr. away 😆, yup lots of fiber there lol. After you get better you should use a product called witch hazel, it shrinks the tissue and helps keep them down😆. You can also every once in a while sit on a baggie of ice👍. Works wonders. Okay enough said because I have a lot of your videos to catch up on. See you in the next video👀 💪👍.

    I love Aldi!! Walmart sometimes is close on some things. Staples I do mostly at Aldi, then hit sales for Mejier, last Walmart for things I could not find.
    I do the same with the eggs, if I find 2 cartons that has one each broken, I just take a good one to replace a broken one. That way one carton has 2 broken eggs and I have a good set!

    For extra fiber when you have the 'roids it's really great to have 2 teaspoons of psyllium husks every day. You can just add it to your oatmeal/smoothie/on yoghurt which ever you prefer :) remember to drink lots of water when eating psyllium husks. Love from Denmark

    • @pmariona1194
      @pmariona1194 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, here in Spain the price on the shelf is the price you pay. Tax is calculated into it. And then in your receipt you can see the tax breakdown, but not per item. You get products at 4%, 10% or 21%. So you can see how much money you paid of tax per each of those 3 categories. Hope this made sense! :)
