what's the main difference between the Vaseline with blue cap VS brown cap apart from the cocoa scent???
No difference, the brown is made in England 🏴 and the blue America 🇺🇸. The former has a more intense smell as well.

Yes dear, I use my cream over the oil and it (the oil) can be used alone
I use my lotion first and then use the body oil to lock them all in as well as use as a base for my perfumes.
