And yeah I agree...I'm playing guitar since > 10 years, I've seen a lot of great guitarists live (Vai, Petrucci, Timmons etc.) but this guy plays really special

he's very good kinda like a hybrid of Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai and a lot of Jason Becker. In my opinion his melody is always focused on super technical shredding it can get repetitive but nonetheless very beautiful he doesn't lack any technical ability

Hey Damian, you'll probably never see this but I've been watching you for a couple years and have played guitar for a long time and I can play well which I think helps to better truly understand how talented you are, you are unique on this planet, you're incredibly talented. I look at your Clips as much as I do any of my favorite famous bands with great guitar players, I really enjoy your playing.. I think some famous band that loses their guitar player should hire you and that is a great Avenue for you to show your talent to the world, sort of like when Journey got Arnel Pineda it revived them and gave them a whole new life.. I don't know how you would go about finding that or them finding you but you deserve that. You Play with great freedom and beautiful expression. Best wishes to you

If he were just to spend 1 Qtr. at Musicians institute (3mo.) in Los angeles, someone would pick him up. They have auditions with big bands regularly looking for players. Someone would just need to sponsor him. It's about $7500 for a qtr at MI, lodging for three months. Sounds like a raw deal, but there's no question he'd get snagged up...

I've been playing guitar for over 40 yrs so yes I know exactly what you mean. The 'great' guitarists that are presently household names like Steve Vai, Sartriani and even Malmsteen don't come near the extraordinary talent and abilities this guy has. We know how good he is. He will continue to be recognised and his name will be included in the great guitar players of our time.

I've been following Damien for years
You play fast, clean and precise all at the same time. I have been playing for 7 years now and this is just beautiful to me. I can barely play a short 30 second lick this fast with decent accuracy. Can't stop wondering, how much rigorous practice you might have done to get this good at your age. Hats off.

Well, you have to think how this is played through pedals and effects etc. Making just an acoustic sound a lot more basic,,,,, don't be discouraged.
