Cooking Squirrel - In The Dutch Oven - Kettle

Squirrel Meat
4 cups vegetable oil
Seasoned flour
1 or 2 LBS Small Potatoes
Sweet Peppers
2 or 3 Onions
Mushrooms
3 or 4bottles of water or beer
BBQ sauce to taste
Fry the squirrel meat remove from fire and drain oil. Place backs down first and add the potatoes and water / Beer, Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the vegetables and Mushrooms and BBQ sauce.. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes..... Enjoy!!
