To the dude asking about backing vocals it's all done backing track. The band are wearing special headphones called "in ear monitors" where they not only can control each instrument's mix going into their ear (which is nice because if anyone has played live they know that getting a decent mix on stage is a fucking nightmare) but they hear what is called a click track, essentially a metronome that corresponds with each song in the set, that click track is also mixed with other audio like, say, a choir singing "Hail Satan" that gets sent to the PA for the audience to hear The use of backing tracks are very hotly discussed, especially with rock and metal bands. In Ghost's case since it's obviously Tobias singing 5th's and octaves with himself on a chorus here and there and they aren't putting dummy mics in front of members making it look like they're singing I'm fine with it. It's a production, they can't bring a choir with them live, so why not do it to a couple lines here and there too? As long as the guitars, drums, bass, keys and his vocals are live I don't care if he has subtle backing vocals mixed in... It's better than autotune

He doesn't fake in fact I just saw a video a few minutes ago where they were playing From the Pinnacle to the Pit and he got hit by this big ball and fell down, for a split second you could hear his singing stop.

essa banda é um belo encontro de mercyful fate, black sabbath e blue oyster cult, com algumas influencias mais modernas. sonzera e conceito, coisa em falta na musica. legal pra caralho, os verei no rock in rio, com certeza.

Letras altamente satânicas tipo as cantadas por bandas de death metal (gorgoroth e afins), num rockinho água com açucar, bem pronunciado, com refrões grudentos que a gente sai cantando por aí. É uma ótima maneira de espalhar o que eles acreditam pra um público muito maior do que eles alcançariam tocando aquele death metal tradicional e muito, mas muito chato.
Porra, a moral... se era para trazer alguma banda de black metal, pq nao ter trazido o Opeth, ou o Mayhem... Immortal, craddle ou até mesmo o Dimmu Borgir... (Essa ultima para mim a melhor..) Porra... uma lástima...

Tobias’s voice was the best with Papa I. He changed his technique over the years. Papa III was the best. And Papa II was iconic.
