Can’t believe this masterpiece is almost 10 years old
And know is going to be 10 y old
@@gabrielplomi8599 its 10 years old already. Unbelievable.
@@gabrielplomi8599 its 10 years old. time flies.
I find myself listening to most techdeath songs once or twice, but there seems to be much more replayability with archspire; that's what makes these guys special.
Definitely agree. Archspire are technical but at the same time are ridiculously catchy with the way they add in melodies and just go about their overall sound.
beyond creation is an exception for me
its difficult for me to listen my 100 cd or vinyls since I ve listen to this album. I listen only "lucid collective..." or the band cytotoxin-radiophobia.
oha türk as as as bayrakları
@@ginodelavega752 thank you 3 years later... I'm now listening to Cytotoxin. The vocalist sounds familiar, like I've heard it before, but likely not.
Me and my four year old daughter eating breakfast, listening to some tunes. Once this song finished:
Me: "tight"
Zoe: "super tight"
I stand corrected, this song is super tight.
You deserve father of the year, you have my nomination
***** Thank you, I'm proud of her, she even has a nice growl.
Transmortify
Oh my gosh, the comment was cut just below "tight" and it sounded very bad...
I'm not a pervert!! D:
this comment is amazing
oh yer daughter name's the same as mine
I'm convinced these guys write their lyrics after they record their vocals lol.
lol just like i getting drunk before i drink my first beer
+Edward McLean same with slam bands lol
+this mutha Fuckah so fucking true, fucking Epicardiectomy should be so guilty of this hahaha
hhhh.....
dumbfuck 5000 slam bands much more tho lol
heads of technical death metal.. stay tech..!
Still come back to this every once and a while, these men were once boys y'know
Just checking if my video isn't sped up by 1.5...
Hahahahahahaha
Oh God, never put it on 1.5, to this very day I wake in cold sweat night after night.
just accidentally started in 1,25 speed... FUCK!
This song sounds pretty technical and fast even on 0.75 damn
Pretty decent on 0.75
Many metal vocalist are simply better rappers than 95% of modern rappers.
i'm rap all the way. grew up with all the bay area slaps from the 90's. and although i do agree that 'modern' rap fucking sucks. you're comparing two different entities. but it's cool though. you're probably right lol
not true ahaha, i listen to alot of metal and hip-hop.
it's completely different, rapping is about the flows and word use.
most metal compared lyrically is nothing, although there is a lot of terrible modern rappers there is also a lot of talented ones.
B. SMILEY III Modern rap is the cheapest excuse of music ive ever seen. There's so much potential not being elaborated on.
The lead singer doesn't seem to realize it but he's passed eminem and busta rhymes on speed.
@@TelephonePlays I mean yeah he's quick but he makes use o syllables and phrasing those syllables to make it sound faster than it actually is but yeah he's fast as fuck boi
This is what Rings of Saturn wanted to be.
I don't think they would downgrade to the lower technical level of these modest and pathetically slow canadian. But you clearly never played an instrument, just a listener blinded by cheap tricks. Many compliments to the 5 assholes that put a like in such a pathetical assumption
Rick Moran is Thankfully this is just your useless, unwanted opinion and not factual.
Miguel Ramos-Acosta Just like your cute little corgi butt. :))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Reggie Postlethwaite Classical Piano: 20 years.
Guitar: 15 years.
Bass: 8 years.
Your butt: ∞ .
Reggie Postlethwaite did you just call them 'pathetically slow' ? haha
One of my favorite archspire songs to this date. Archspire is the band for musicians. So techy, groovy, obscene, it’s just so good.
Stay tech.
there are seriously people complaining about this production? say what you will but you can make out every instrument. I personally think the drums sound sick, not to mention distinctive.
Production isn't even that bad. Just more crisp than people are used too :/
Agreed. You're suppose to be able to hear what they're playing. Especially in tech-death.
the drums are a little "clicky".... but even then it's mostly just the bass drum... i'd love to hear it if Jamie King had mixed the drums..
@@brooksnealferguson those are called drum triggers my dude🤘🤘
Obviously their song writing and technique is incredible but I also love how the lyrics arent about like defiling babies with hammers. They're actually creative.
I don't know why Archspire makes me smile. Feels like I'm excited or something. 😅
Jesus, to get the whole band in synch with one another so mathematically perfect. I commend these guys for that to no end, that is SUPER hard to do when playing this type of ridiculously fast stuff. Not a death metal fan. The rhythm guitarist of our band showed me this band, and even though I can`t say I like the genre, I respect the shit out of the musicians when they`re THIS good.
Exaxcly. Border line jazzy lol i dig it
Same, I don't even listen to death metal but this is good
Heard these guys live last night and they sound just as good live.
5 years later after seeing them live last night myself: they still sound this good live confirmed.
crazy good
Seeing them in October - I hope Dean makes eye contact 😂
I think it’s hilarious that these guys have lyric videos....no human can read that fast.....
XD
I can
man the singer ... epic vocals
The production sounds great. The guitars are tight, The drums sounds great too and The bass is totally audible. It's clear as water here. Why is everyone complaining?
It's just a little fuzzy and everyone loses it
their audio gear is trash that's why 🤣 The mastering in this album is just flawless.
even the cymbals are verypresent and uncompressed where most albums compress cymbals to avoid getting sibilant. The cymbals in this albums shimmers very nicely without ever being fatiguing.
I'm listening to this on a pair of Shure SRH240A head phones and the clarity is AMAZING!!! I just wonder what the audio engineers REALLY listened to when recording this.
Listening to this at 2x speed because it's not fast enough
lol
listen to origin or henker if this isn't fast enough for ya lol
OK, This is astonishingly brain meltingly amazingly CRAZYly SICK!!
Instrumentation is tight as fuck!
Archspire and Rings of Saturn joint album.
Of course there's a Wu-Tang t-shirt. This guy is basically one of the best rappers there is.
Am i the only one loving the drumsound? i think it fits their music perfect
No and yes
Spencer is an absolute Monster on this track!!! Absolutely amazing
literally running around my house in excitement and cranking this to the max. Im so keen for the rest of the album
The production is crystal clear. Listen to it while high and you'll get it.
Para mí la mejor banda de metal del mundo actualmente!!
The bass line is insane in this piece 🔥
It’s official.. the only music I like now has to be by Archspire. Thanks, guys 👌🏻🤣
This album needs to come out sooner. I'm tired of having to come here to listen to this song.
AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!!!!! CAN"T WAIT TO TRY AND SURVIVE THE REST!!!!
Victory to the great Archspire!
Can't wait!
Such a great album
this is literally insane
Archspire>Rings Of Saturn.
Rings Of Saturn>Archspire.
Why don't you just listen both bands, they're both great. But you know, that's the easy way, and I know all of you people like to always complicate everything. Fuck, lol.
***** There are people who compare the two? Their sounds are completely different :P
Naruga Kuruga i agree. Rings of Saturn playing Deathcore I think. This is Death Metal.
Wojciech Stróżowski that is true man ROS is deathcore, and this is pure technical death metal.
I didn't even know they were being compared? I was listening to Dingir, this album and Symbolic (random) like crazy last year. I mean their both extremely technical but idk these guys take the cake for me as technicality goes
+Naruga Kuruga I think the reason people are comparing them is because Archspire has toured without a bassist. At least when I saw them two weeks ago they were without their bassist so it was a vocalist, two guitarists, and a drummer. It did remind me of Rings of Saturn for that reason when I saw them but I absolutely thought Archspire was superior live. IDK why else, they do sound different as fuck.
I like the production. That snare...
Badass like I haven't seen in a while. So good, the beginning almost broke me.
Amazing. Truly amazing. About time we need something brutal like this.
I love this.
the bass lead transitions, amazing!
Sounds great to me! Heavy and raw!
these guys are crazy skilled and the production is very impressive
Holy crap. I'm not the biggest fan of run-of-the-mill tech death, but this song is amazing. Nice artwork btw
That's just insane... and great!
no complaints, love it
If Necrophagist and Origin had a baby
This band have resparked my love for Tech-Death
This would be a fucking blast in live shows.
I just saw them live it was fucking incredible
Perfect music, very nice cover! Looking forward for the album!
This band, these guys're the epitomy of the Tech-Death, there's no more high levels beyond this band, holy mother of calcutta.
Check out First Fragment's first song off their Dasein cd, its some of the sickest tech I've heard, ever, from anywhere
Not fast enough
Try 1.25 speed
IMO: this album is what every tech death band should strive to be: complex, explosive, unpredictable, provoking deep thought, striving ever deeper into the void: the most intense and insane journey one could go on... a musical dmt like experience.. 10/10
Check out First Fragment's first song off their Dasein cd, its some of the sickest tech I've heard, ever, from anywhere
need to pre-order this
Wow, this is intense!
See you in Mexico!! October, 10. Hell yeah!
I am walking.
Thank you Almighty Light and Creator.
!GOOOOOOOOOOD sONg! dynamic,painstaking,energetic etc.
If you slow this down to .5 playback speed, you get some equally as sick archsludge
Muito foda essa banda!
Amazing production. Just perfect. Thanks SoM and Archspire! #staytech
This is sick
But can you play Nickelback...
It is not a test of technical ability, it is a test of mental stability. And this is how you rhyme accidentaly. Lul, I cannot stop :D
Can they play wonderwall??
I actually sent a thank you to season of mist. :) :)
Sounds great!
Dat ending though! Stoked for this album!! \m/
I think this song sounds great.. I can dig it..
The work of tech-death Gods. Praise Archspire!
Hell yes! This is beyond sick!
niiiiiiice. really good, crisp sound too. not too over processed. roll on april!
OOH MY GOOOOOAAADDDDDD
I love it!!! awesome
Them vocals be savage!!!
Gonna see them live tonight!
The fastest song was genius! New sub an I hope I'm 1 of millions!
Masterpiece
for those of you complaining about the "dry" mixing of the song, remember that youtube audio quality is totally shit and the track off the CD is probably mixed a little bit better
uploading a track to youtube wouldn't change how it was mixed...
Yeah, but TH-cam compresses the audio and video that gets uploaded
8/8 would br00tal again no h8 gr8 m8
This is so good for you!!!!!
saw you guys last night ...... RIP neck
oh god this is somethin special
Guitar is great
So good!
Arrrrrgggggghhhh, the fucking cymbal work is unreal.
Yeah.... Awesome Guys
This is good! According to wikipedia, Archspire and Rings of Saturn are the most recently formed tech deth bands, 2009. Signs of a dying art?
infecting the swarm is a pretty good technical death metal band. also relatively new
I wouldnt say so. I think the genre gets way more attention these days than in 2005.
That'd be a pretty good name for a band though - signs of a dying art
Cant wait to hear/see this live when they play with Aborted and Kataklysm!
so many armchair-sound-engineers posting here. the mix is fine. it's an improvement on their previous works. piss off.
Perfect here.
holy shit those are some real fast phased vocals and instrumentation lol
Holy f*ckin sh*t..this is masterpiece!!
I really enjoy it dude..
Stay Tech!!!
Piss
I'm going to see them play this shit live!!!!!!!!!
Huston, we have reached eargasm.
❤
HOT DAMN!
Sweet song!
I fell in love with the vicalist
The video reminds me of the cutscenes in those console Magic: The Gathering games
that bass packs a serious punch fucking sweet
Stay technical
the amount of times I find myself going "oh fuck off" and laughing at their insane speed, amazing band, this poor dudes throat though...
