for a guy 5'7 and 12 stone to be world player of the year in the land of the giants is simply unbelievable. the size differential to when gerald or campese did their magic is incomparible. People critisize him because of his ball retention early in his career but this is based on jealousy and envy. he was the best rugby talent for a generation. one of the best ever.

Personally I think that league as a game is far superior to union! I'm from up north in england so yo would probably say the complete opposite to what I say anyway! But one think I will say is quite simple Shane Williams is fucking AWESOME!!! Would av loved to see him play league he would av been great!
