Voilà une famille qui met tous les enfants avec leurs conjoints à l'aise.
I wish there were subtitles or just phrases saying what the event was and what it was for.
Today begins the new parliamentary year in Sweden. According to tradition, the day begins with a mass in the Storkyrkan (church) for the members of parliament and the royal family. Afterwards, everyone goes to the Riksdagshuset (Parliament) where the royals are met by Speaker Andreas Norlén and where the head of state (King Carl XVI Gustav) addresses the parliament members and inaugurates the new working year. The day ends with a visit for everyone to the Royal Opera House. On this day, the royals dress in black and white clothes as a tribute to back in the days when they wore special black court robes, white veils, tiaras etc. on this day.

Нравится принцесса Виктория . Чувствуется в ней сила внутренняя, мощная, способная преодолевать и побеждать. Принцесса Мадлен милая, очаровательная. Еë манера одеваться заслуживают только похвалу и одобрение. У принцессы Софии всегда одинаковое выражение лица- растянуть рот и злые глаза. ( у неë всегда злой взгляд. Человек может казаться добрым, но глаза всë равно так или иначе выдадут его злость))) Но не выглядит София счастливой и любящей женой.Ярких образов у Софии пока не видно. Мне кажется она копирует принцессу Мадлен. Сильвия - приятная королева. Нарядиться может по случаю, и много работы выполняет, и на передний план не лезет.. Достойная представительница монархии. Держит статус, не занижает планку, и не где не перегибает.

Why was the Crown Princess not shaking hands?

I really really wished they were OUR royal family in the Netherlands. I really admire their NO NONSENSE attitude, their modesty and integrity.
Despite the friendship between the Roal Swedish family and the Dutch royals, I feel nothing but CONTEMPT for our own "monarchs" as they DON'T CARE for our people. It is just a big SHOW which is costing our country huge amounts of money and there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING we can expect in return.......

Everytime I see her, I can t help but recognize, how much she resembles Roger Moore, who attendet some Charity Galas together with Queen Sylvia just about 9 month before Madeleine was born. The Queen already knew, that her Husband had been unfaithful.....and You can see a lot of sparks of sympathy fly around them at these occasiones. Madeleine is beautyful....but does not look like her siblings a lot.If R M was her father ...she can be proud....He was a lovely man!

She went to England to study, alledgedly she met him, but his coolness was disappointing...then she went to the US to study.....where she met her husband....at the same time her husbands former ,friend' met Madeleines Brother....now both couples are married.....now You tell me....isn t reality more obscure than fiction......

I read the biography of Princess Madeleine. I know some moments of her life. I know how immoral women behave. Believe me, this princess is a woman of high moral ideals. Perhaps her high ideals make her suffer. But she is definitely a very worthy person.
