When I saw the thumbnail for this video, I was excited, because I like this song, and I like a cappella. And them I actually went and saw the video. And EVERYONE WAS FLAT.
Needed a bass in there. The bass really makes this song. Even if the notes are in the second octave, it can't be that hard to find someone who can sing that low.

I get what you're saying but it's not even about picking up low frequencies. There just aren't any low frequencies to pick up in the first place.
