How to Factory Reset JBL Flip 6 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Didn't work for me, I have a brand new one that's giving me issue. I pressed and held down Play and + button after powering on but after several seconds of holding on, it doesn't turn off. So I'm pretty much stuck at your 2nd step

Hold the bluetooth button and play button for 10 seconds while plugged in, it shiuld turn off. When its off unplug it and then turn it on
