Also you should match the front top windows up with the raised roof

You should add a hatch on the top of the plane so if it flips on its side you can escape or just a way to get on the wings

Loving the new rescue section, that's a great idea. As for wings, if you don't want to interfere with your roof-line you could stand the wings off the fuselage on pylons or something a short distance. or just have them angle up from the corners of the fuselage roof and extend out rather than being blended in.
