What are the other positions should/can a left handed thrower play? I would imagine Pitcher and then 1st base, but are their others?

The three outfield spots are the other common ones!

How do I delete an old outdated video from my NCSA profile

If you head to the video tab under edit profile, you should see the videos that are already on your profile. Just under each video should be a little "delete video" button. Just click that!

What is the best age/grade level to start connecting with you? Thanks.

You can start a profile as young as age 13, but really once you know for sure that you want to play in college it doesn't hurt to get started. You may not be ready to begin communicating with coaches, but you can research schools and learn more about the process.

How quick do I need to be throwing velo wise as a lefty or is it only command like what’s the minimum speed my fastball needs to be at

Both command and velocity will matter, but coaches definitely understand that you can build velocity throughout your high school career. Coaches will typically be looking for velo in the low to mid 80s, or mid to upper 80s for D1 or high-end junior colleges.
