Great tips. I've been wanting to compare about 5 hand cannons and it is KILLING ME!!! I cannot get any good encounters. Why? Because I am forcing my playstyle into using hand cannons while I still don't know the maps and I roll when I am patient and relaxed with no agenda. Agreed. Nothing you can do about not knowing the maps, except, focus on seeing the map and you will see the opponents, no? You will learn the maps and die a lot but see the map. Im telling myself more than telling you but I am agreeing with your points of patience and enjoy the game, choose the right weapon for the moment and go for it. Thanks for the reminder.
Knowing when to reload. When I saw that I died laughing, today I was playing Skirmish and 3-4 times in a row ended up reloading at the wrong time! Thankfully I ended the game with a K/D of 4.somethin-or-other with more than twice the points as the other two playing combined. But I learned that reloading in front of someone shooting at you...well, it's a bad idea. Great vid BBK!
Last word sniper combo is my go to. People that do that little slide shotgun trick aren't prepared for a bladedancer blinking up and shooting a last word down at them
btw, at the end, staying in the lobbies helps sooo much to improve your play, my friends and i got mercied in skirmish against another party of 3, we stayed in the lobby, and then we kicked their butt next game

All of the new TTK Crucible maps imo are geared for snipers, and I think we're going to see the rise of sniping and the fall of shotgunning because the maps are so much larger than Vanilla and HoW maps were.
what do you think about nefing shotugns and boosting the sidatms so they are the GI to in pvp I feel like they are the least melty sidearm and I think that it would help extend firefights and still reward those with the most skill
+Kyle Beals I would enjoy a bit more damage fall off in regards to shotguns, as far as sidearms go they definitely seem under utilized as a weapon type. I can't really say with any certainty since I don't have much playtime with sidearms in PvP. What do you think about them?

+Kyle Beals Nice! I don't think snipers need any adjustment, as they are right now in the hands of a skilled player they can be monsterous. A good Destiny sniper can be a mighty foe to reckon with. In terms of sidearms I'd love to seem them gain more popularity but not sure what adjustments could be made in an attempt to do this

I'm kind of upset about the breaking up of teams after a one sided match now. Don't get me wrong I understand why they instituted it. However I find myself wanting a re-match if I lost. Almost wish I could opt to stay in. Of course sometimes I am so tilted at the end that its probably in my KD's best interest to break it up. lol

Playing H2 online at my friends house together > getting Diamond rank in SC2 > Streaming Repopulate H3 day and having over 500 viewers for most of the day > working with IHaloZone when the channel began > Ocarina of Time. BBKDRAGOON playing h3 for the first time, trying to beat the campaign all summer with my brother, and him always getting to be the spartan and me being the arbitor and he always got the sniper before me. it was a good time of us bonding
I roll the New Monarchy sidearm most matches (depends on the map), I'm usually really successful with it and I win most 1v1 gunfights. It's great at close, and sometimes mid range engagements. Definitely a great sidearm. I also strongly recommend the New Monarchy's other weapons as well, they're all amazing.
I've pretty much used sidearms since the ttk came out, bc one it was my first highest level weapon and then I made the transition to shotguns, however i still pick my iron banner sidearm over a shotgun depending on place and primary weapon. I like balancing both. so far I usually end in the top 3 players
+Boof Timex I got lucky with a couple of range perks on an iron wreath and it is very useful for taking out charging shotgunners and also capable of outgunning a fusion rifle at their optimal range with a bit of movement. They seem much more accurate while jumping than many weapon types too.
run and gunning is all i do i dont sit and camp because i cant find any one when i do and its not fair i dont abuse shotguns because i always die trying to get close enough for the one shot and i run into shotgun blinkers so my medium range sucks my kd went for 1.4 a game on year one to 0.9 at year two i survived vex upclase and personal but a shotgun nope i might aswell sit and camp u die way less and i can see shotguns a mile away rather the run and gunning being killed my people with no balls who use shotguns 247
Any one else can think Titan sun singer is op. I mean last for 30 seconds has infinite shots. Tracking. Splash damage. Damage reduction. I do 57 on critical with out damage reduction and with damage reduction I do 17. Wtf
