    Great video. You spoke on every issue or concern I have with Fashionphile now. I have shopped with them since 2016, and was very pleased. They are always my first stop, for all the reasons you mentioned. Especially for vintage items, and items no longer in production. I never really considered another preloved provider before all the changes started. Being able to track the discounts was wonderful. Yes it was a gamble, but it was one that I won quite a bit. I was also in a situation where someone purchased a discounted item and within hours cancelled it and it returned to full price after a 30% discount. I am such a huge fan of FP, and still trust them more than the others, though some of the changes really sadden me. TFS

    I work with many clients who used to shop at fashionphile and no longer do….due to the fact of just what you stated, there is NO loyalty to loyal customers, it seems they are taking away and taking away more and more, giving low ball quotes, raising prices, so they have turned to eBay and Japan sellers my clients tell me.

    I think the problem stems from Influencers ordering items to showcase on their channels as if they are going to keep them but don't and return them costing the company money for return postage and restocking the items etc. , so I kind of see why they are doing it .

    I agree with you about the wording on the returns it should be from date of delivery not the date it was mailed. It can take up to 7 days to get it. I also agree with you on how they handle the discounted returns. This has happened to me. I really wonder about those quick purchase and returns in minutes. I think they are trying to encourage panic buying. The RealReal is a very good option.
    I don’t like the refresh policy changes. I understand they are a business but I think the change is greedy.IMHO. The customer service has declined but I think it is management.

      I agree! I do think something is up with the quick purchase and returns as well but I guess we’ll never know for sure 😂

    I don’t see an issue with the return window. There’s a FASHIONPHILE brick and mortar store in my city. Next.

      I've always taken my items directly back to the NYC store, even before they opened the NYC Flagship. I guess we are fortunate. Some people do not have locations where they live.

      Honestly, these new rules will not turn me off from Fashionphile. They are a business and likely working to implement what's best for them.
      I've been shopping with Fashionphile since 2016 and trust them more than any other reseller. The real real does not allow ANY returns for thier bags...that's unfair.
      For me the Pros far out way the cons in my opinion.

      I would be concerned if there is a delay in my package arriving. They don’t cover that issue on their website. Sometimes packages get lost or have delivery issues.

      I agree the NYC flagship would be an awesome addition to any major city. (Would love one in Atlanta)
