Hi Chef I love Thai food and recently enrolled for a thai cooking class. Pandan wrap chicken was one of the course menu. We grilled it in an oven and it was delicious. Other than fry, steam and bake, can I cook it in an air fryer and how long does it take?

If you like to Steam chicken pandan better longer marinate chicken 😊 still good aroma from pandan leaves after steam just not crispy but still good for steam 😊
Some supermarket sell Dark soy sauce that is the same with black soy sauce (we use for color only ) and if you don't have Palm sugar you can use regular sugar equal amount 😊😊

Grill may be different texture but you try wrap and cover all chicken meat then steam first and grill 😊
