This video demonstrates Dry Needling techniques. Dry Needling modality uses the same tool (a dry needle) as acupuncture, but the aims of the treatment are different.

Yes the two modalities use the same tool (a dry needle), but the aim and the origins of the modalities differ (Eastern medicine / Western origin and medicine).
But both Dry Needling and Acupuncture are great modalities to use for a wide range of conditions.
