I don’t care what anyone else says... this is *the definitive* version of the Green Hill theme! It’s the PERFECT blend of 90s gaming and modern gaming all rolled together into one song!
I have to agree with you on that. The main melody is spot on with the original, while the othet layers are replaced with modern rave sounds. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish the backing beat was a little quieter, and the loop transition better. Vut other than those minor gripes, this is definitely the most pleasant version of the track

Idc what people say I loved this game, played the hell out of it. Heres the best part,.... my mom was at the local bowling alley and this game had literally just came out 60$ game. She knew I wanted it and she saw it in a cutter game machine. She won this game for 6$ bucks.... it was so awesome. And I loved the game.

I like this kind of music theme, it blends very well with the landscape, the technological earth, Dr. Eggman's robots, the sun and several that match for me with the stage

At 1.25x speed: Almost EXACTLY the speed of the song when you are using Power Sneakers! Just imagine running through Green Hill Zone Act 1 in Sonic Generations while breaking the sub-1 minute achievement on the Xbox 360 with this speed of the theme song!
This would’ve been cool to have in Smash as a replacement for the outdated Genesis version imo, for one, this version actually loops back to the start of song at 3:02 as to not repeat the same middle part of the song.
