Bare knuckle 3 on very hard is easier than Streets of Rage 3 on normal. How is that possible?! I mean, yeah I know about the whole localization process but I never thought that a game could become so unplayable because of a change in the difficulty and enemy strength.

You know, considering he employs hardened criminals, psychos, professional fighters, armed violent dominatrixes, ninjas and sometimes freaking animals...
It actually would make a lot of sense and wouldn't be anything to be ashamed of lol. BTW, check out the last boss in *Urban Reign* .
