Yea we have like 20 win condition heroes already. Stop buffing heroes who have use-case and maybe buff the ones who have been murdered by the ENDLESS CC meta. Also if I see one more patch without a diggie nerf I'm out. The bombs are cheat and it's obvious. Nana molina got nerfed back to back but diggie bombs are ok? If your team is behind and they have a solid Frontline diggie is automatically a win
Novaria isn't bad. People are just underestimating the value of vision in this game and they just don't know when to use Novaria's ult because they are afraid that they might be wasting it. It's okay to use your ult to scout an area while taking the turtle/lord, it's for vision not combat. Vision is so good especially in high ranked games where having good map awareness can determine who wins the game.

i think novaria is really good ngl just that people aren’t building her right. she’s a utility mage and her ratios are low so it’s better to build her cdr with slow and burn. a lot of ppl underestimate how valuable her ult is but slow + hitbox size increase is really good when u pair her with characters like granger,yss,franco,beatrix XD. basically impossible to miss with a good novaria spamming ult. also she’s super safe cuz she can scout areas and kite super easily

@@Goruden_4407 Except for the bugs I didn't even noticed existed, never really have a problem with natalia unless enemies are all tanky enemies (but even then they are not much of a problem in the early). She excels in harassing marksmen, mages and even fighter jungles.
@@AlvNikoit’s true. I played her a number of times in classic and she’s just a support mage. She can’t kill a full hp squishy enemy with her kit. She can “last hit” well but that’s it. If you’re teammates are delayed in dmg you most likely won’t be able to secure kills with her since your teammates cannot reduce the enemy hp low enough for you to kill.
What I noticed is that Betosky kept throwing the 2nd skill forward. For Novaria to be extra effective, once you throw the 2nd skill walk the OPPOSITE direction (preferably through walls at the same time) in order for her to build up stacks. In the video, Beto usually reaches around 2 stacks. I always throw the second and walk away bc the further the distance, the more stacks, the more damage.
Yeah that really bothered me hahahah I switched my hero to be novaria because she's exceptionally good at being support, poke and burst all at the same time.
Glad Betosky listened to his comment/found out on his own that you should throw the sphere away from you. Can't help but notice he doesn't go outside the map with it. It helps a ton when escaping just like Pharsa's special skill.
Currently practicing her and wanted to play her once in low MG but everyone went completely ballistic and rather locked in a 3/9 pharsa instead of lettig me go 😢 But man the badang solo double kill really won the game there
I really like her with her snipe ability. But I prefer more (Mana Boots, Clock,Truncheon,Burningstaff,Genius Wand, Magic cleaver for magic pen.) . With this combo she is insane and helpfull even in a roaming style. And by the way Beto you can use the 2cond skill and flew out of the map too get more speed and stack for even higher damage. Like Pharsa when she try to escape its pretty handy and funny 😁👍
My first 2 matches of Novaria in classic sucks but at the 3rd time i used her i finally learn that in early you need to abuse on using her 2nd skill and always use ult to scout the bushes and fast clearing the lanes with 1st skill, just make sure to build talisman after you buy the clock of destiny and and lightning truncheon, then holy crystal and divine glaive or winter truncheon for the last item
The only reason I keep on watching Beto our idol is because he gives the positivity to keep trying and learning the core of every mage hero we feel this and that hero is useless. It's about the skills and good map sense that matters not the hero. Beto can do wonders with any mage hero.
I think it's not that Noivaria is bad, just that people expect mages to be high burst. Her kit is probably gonna allow proper teams to do a lot of things imo at least.
Here is what i think u may try exploring. Novaria roam The thing with novaria is she can do a lot with less if she have the following conditions. Good frontline and coverage to protect her. Herself having good initiative to cover the bases of her support. With novaria, u can build slow and burn with dire hit and use her skills to harass, zone, and deny the coverage enemies would like to assume to get a better advantage. If u follow what betosky generally did, this is how he denies the enemies from sneaking up and more of such can be done in general when it comes to using her.
beto, i have a tip for you. when you play Novaria and about to start a war, you should ult first for opening the map and the 2nd skill is almost a guarantee hit and your allies skill too. edit : also her ult can hit more multiple targets when they're closer and i don't know if her ult also increase her 2nd skill damage
Yesterday I played novaria jungle after picking her 2nd and expecting to go mid. For some reason no one else picked the jungler, so I changed my flameshot to retribution, prioritized 1st skill until I got my first major item. My mid helped me leash but mostly I farmed turtles on my own. She’s not that bad in jungle, much better than cyclops until his level 5
Some heroes need teammates with good map awareness to truly shine, and i agreed with you give time some people can redeem themself, lot of time i lose because there this one guy who keep thrashing teammate midgame/early game
Novaria is really good if you know when to give vision and able to predict those dying runaway heroes and practically wall hacks. But when it comes to high rank ranked you're better off picking other mages unless you're really good at her.
Wanted to mention something about the build. The build is good but I prefer arcane boots over cd reduction but cd reduction is fine. And Holy crystal isnt good because her magic power scaling isnt good. You would benefit more from bloodwings or the slowing magic item. And genius wand and glowing wand isnt a good option because when sniping you cant use use its passive effect. You might try to use first skill and then snipe but in teamfights trying to use first skill can lead you to death
Well I gotta tip to fast excute someone like mage or any squishy Use your 1st skilll on the target they will be slowed while 1st is on process use your 2nd skill 1st phase towards the target it will also slow them then go far and pew and complete with flameshot
My thoughts on novara: I think full damage build is insane but unless with flame shot u can't one shot... So its better to go hybrid with cooldown so that u can use 2nd skill rapid

One time i chased a layla to her base and killed her with low hp, just when johnson was about to kill me i went out of the map, ran around the turrets range and when my second skill was finished i went into the bush and js didn't see me💀
U should tried 2nd skill and flame shot combo. Shoot both together and that hanabi confirm gone. I did that to squishy hero. I call that double balls combo
Novaria needs speed...Her 2nd skill needs the sphere to travel further/longer in order to give more damage... I got at least 7 stacks of distance and the damage is huge... Her 3rd skill is good for vision and even if you miss your 2nd skill,you still provide vision... She's more of a scout sniper... The one that snipes from a distance and provides view for the team...
1:56 not because its opposite side but the more distance you travel when you throw it the more dmg the snipe does. Also if you when you hit oppenent at full range it also does more dmg (same idea with longer selena stun).
Friendly tip: If you use 2nd on Novaria, try walking passing on terrains so she can gain movement speed, the stack could reach up to 6-7 and it will deal crazy damage when hit in longest range.
2:21 it's really hard to play her when there's a Ling ... I had a really hard time roaming around when he's constantly hunting me down. Any heroes with good mobility can kill her.
You're still moving towards the sphere sometimes instead of away from it but there's definitely improvement! It's less painful to watch the stacks now.
Try novaria with eve's build. Enchanted talisman, glowing wand, genius wand, divine glaive and ice queen or immortality/winter truncheon. Not as satisfying as the cod build but works the best against tank meta.
one more tip I just found out while using novaria is she moves much faster in her second skill when she pass through walls giving more stacks for her 2nd skill
its more efficient to upgrade 2nd skill first so u basically have two flameshot to steal enemies buff. and its easy to escape since he can fly off map like pharsa . ( 2nd skill + flame shot for buff steal early )its so useful actually and fun😌🙃
When you’re playing mage and your team is losing team fights then just remember it is very important to build ice wand to slow down the enemies that is very helpful for the team. I helped a lot at team fights playing novaria this hero is just a perfect support.
I honestly think flameshot is way too good sometimes. I always use it on high movement mages like chang’e and Novaria and it basically nullifies heroes like Jawhead, Gloo, masha, etc. the moment they get close you can always just boop them back and then use your movement skill to zoom away. Now for the part I think makes it op is the fact the spell is on 50 sec cd compared to the 120 sec cd of Flicker. It’s basically a free escape spell but on same cd as an ult than 2 min. Which if you get caught out of position twice in a min either you have terrible positioning or enemy is really good with diving the backline 24/7.

If your team is behind and they have a solid Frontline diggie is automatically a win

Novaria isn't bad. People are just underestimating the value of vision in this game and they just don't know when to use Novaria's ult because they are afraid that they might be wasting it. It's okay to use your ult to scout an area while taking the turtle/lord, it's for vision not combat. Vision is so good especially in high ranked games where having good map awareness can determine who wins the game.

i think novaria is really good ngl just that people aren’t building her right. she’s a utility mage and her ratios are low so it’s better to build her cdr with slow and burn. a lot of ppl underestimate how valuable her ult is but slow + hitbox size increase is really good when u pair her with characters like granger,yss,franco,beatrix XD. basically impossible to miss with a good novaria spamming ult. also she’s super safe cuz she can scout areas and kite super easily

@@Goruden_4407 Except for the bugs I didn't even noticed existed, never really have a problem with natalia unless enemies are all tanky enemies (but even then they are not much of a problem in the early). She excels in harassing marksmen, mages and even fighter jungles.

@@AlvNikoit’s true. I played her a number of times in classic and she’s just a support mage. She can’t kill a full hp squishy enemy with her kit. She can “last hit” well but that’s it. If you’re teammates are delayed in dmg you most likely won’t be able to secure kills with her since your teammates cannot reduce the enemy hp low enough for you to kill.

What I noticed is that Betosky kept throwing the 2nd skill forward. For Novaria to be extra effective, once you throw the 2nd skill walk the OPPOSITE direction (preferably through walls at the same time) in order for her to build up stacks. In the video, Beto usually reaches around 2 stacks. I always throw the second and walk away bc the further the distance, the more stacks, the more damage.

Glad Betosky listened to his comment/found out on his own that you should throw the sphere away from you. Can't help but notice he doesn't go outside the map with it. It helps a ton when escaping just like Pharsa's special skill.

I really like her with her snipe ability. But I prefer more (Mana Boots, Clock,Truncheon,Burningstaff,Genius Wand, Magic cleaver for magic pen.) . With this combo she is insane and helpfull even in a roaming style. And by the way Beto you can use the 2cond skill and flew out of the map too get more speed and stack for even higher damage. Like Pharsa when she try to escape its pretty handy and funny 😁👍
My first 2 matches of Novaria in classic sucks but at the 3rd time i used her i finally learn that in early you need to abuse on using her 2nd skill and always use ult to scout the bushes and fast clearing the lanes with 1st skill, just make sure to build talisman after you buy the clock of destiny and and lightning truncheon, then holy crystal and divine glaive or winter truncheon for the last item
Novaria is good for securing kills and revealing enemies, tbh, she's better as a support since she can also rotate easily.
The only reason I keep on watching Beto our idol is because he gives the positivity to keep trying and learning the core of every mage hero we feel this and that hero is useless. It's about the skills and good map sense that matters not the hero. Beto can do wonders with any mage hero.
I think it's not that Noivaria is bad, just that people expect mages to be high burst. Her kit is probably gonna allow proper teams to do a lot of things imo at least.

Here is what i think u may try exploring. Novaria roam
The thing with novaria is she can do a lot with less if she have the following conditions.
Good frontline and coverage to protect her.
Herself having good initiative to cover the bases of her support.
With novaria, u can build slow and burn with dire hit and use her skills to harass, zone, and deny the coverage enemies would like to assume to get a better advantage. If u follow what betosky generally did, this is how he denies the enemies from sneaking up and more of such can be done in general when it comes to using her.

Tip for using Novaria's skill 2, u should move away and through a wall or tower, that way the stack will increase as well as the damage

Yesterday I played novaria jungle after picking her 2nd and expecting to go mid. For some reason no one else picked the jungler, so I changed my flameshot to retribution, prioritized 1st skill until I got my first major item. My mid helped me leash but mostly I farmed turtles on my own. She’s not that bad in jungle, much better than cyclops until his level 5
Quick tip:- going inside objects(walls, turrets) while charging her second skill gives her more stacks
One thing i love about Novaria,
If your teammate wants to invede jungle,
You can zoom over there, help, then zoom back to mid lane lol
Some heroes need teammates with good map awareness to truly shine, and i agreed with you give time some people can redeem themself, lot of time i lose because there this one guy who keep thrashing teammate midgame/early game

Wanted to mention something about the build. The build is good but I prefer arcane boots over cd reduction but cd reduction is fine. And Holy crystal isnt good because her magic power scaling isnt good. You would benefit more from bloodwings or the slowing magic item. And genius wand and glowing wand isnt a good option because when sniping you cant use use its passive effect. You might try to use first skill and then snipe but in teamfights trying to use first skill can lead you to death

My thoughts on novara: I think full damage build is insane but unless with flame shot u can't one shot... So its better to go hybrid with cooldown so that u can use 2nd skill rapid

Novaria needs speed...Her 2nd skill needs the sphere to travel further/longer in order to give more damage... I got at least 7 stacks of distance and the damage is huge... Her 3rd skill is good for vision and even if you miss your 2nd skill,you still provide vision... She's more of a scout sniper... The one that snipes from a distance and provides view for the team...

1:56 not because its opposite side but the more distance you travel when you throw it the more dmg the snipe does. Also if you when you hit oppenent at full range it also does more dmg (same idea with longer selena stun).

Friendly tip: If you use 2nd on Novaria, try walking passing on terrains so she can gain movement speed, the stack could reach up to 6-7 and it will deal crazy damage when hit in longest range.
I think aiming the first phase of the 2nd skills backwards helps conceal it and the enemies won't be expecting you to hit them with the 2nd phase.

Heres a good tip:use rapid boots and ice queen wand for speed so you have better dmg
Try novaria with eve's build. Enchanted talisman, glowing wand, genius wand, divine glaive and ice queen or immortality/winter truncheon. Not as satisfying as the cod build but works the best against tank meta.

I think all characters are good,it’s just how you play them,The character is not necessarily carrying us but it’s our skill that we must have
its more efficient to upgrade 2nd skill first so u basically have two flameshot to steal enemies buff. and its easy to escape since he can fly off map like pharsa . ( 2nd skill + flame shot for buff steal early )its so useful actually and fun😌🙃

When you’re playing mage and your team is losing team fights then just remember it is very important to build ice wand to slow down the enemies that is very helpful for the team.

I honestly think flameshot is way too good sometimes. I always use it on high movement mages like chang’e and Novaria and it basically nullifies heroes like Jawhead, Gloo, masha, etc. the moment they get close you can always just boop them back and then use your movement skill to zoom away. Now for the part I think makes it op is the fact the spell is on 50 sec cd compared to the 120 sec cd of Flicker. It’s basically a free escape spell but on same cd as an ult than 2 min.
