News flash lylia is getting another buff when the fully upgraded gloom explode or hits target or something it will grant your second skill extra 1 stack so meaning she can unlimited spam her second skill right after she gets talisman also this ONLY happens when her second skill maxed out (i just remembered) Edit: now imagine this buff with ice queen wand and glowing wand... HELL NAH! Lylia gonna be pain in the butt to deal with if this gets implemented

heres a tip for when versing fanny actually, just run to an open area (like the very mid of the map or the open area in front of lord and turtle) and just run around evading fanny's cables. its super hard for fanny to cable to where you are in that open area unless of course if she has ult but if not, then i hope this is usefull info

You know you can do skill 1 first then plant skill 2 quickly similar to Xavier’s combo for a faster sequence to catch enemies off guard. Makes starting her combo feel smoother.
My dream came true .. Betosky finally playing my main 💀 The new Lylia adjustment pissed me off tbh cuz it did fuck up my playstyle .. :') although admittedly her late game became op For the build, I used to use the one you did, but imo I think Glowing Wand does more burn AND stacks with the slow, so I'd replace it with Genius Wand.
I still think it's a nerf. If they made her ult restore her hp and 2nd skill stacks, it's far better but not too op. What I mean is if she had 3 stacks then she'll only restore the 3 stacks. If she only had 1 stack 4 seconds before ulting, then she'll only get 1 stack after ulting. So, it needs some strategies to be useful, not just fully restores her stacks or not restoring her stacks at all. As for the compensation, they can just remove the heal 15% of her max hp effect completely as it's not that useful
Don't worry, in advance server her 2nd is now OP, once u proc all 5 stacks and as long as she keeps hitting some target she will have instant 1stack on her 2nd skill. Its a good buff/balance now 👏

Lylia is my fav!!! Yeah, was about to comment why you sometimes didn't channeling the 2nd skill in succession. But luckily you pointed it out at the end of your video. Anyway, big fan of yours and kudos for all the videos you have shown so far.
She's more consistent and long lasting in a fight with her revamped skill now. i used to treat her as Burst Mage, spamming her skills crazily since it will come back anyway with her ult. but now, running around the map anticipating a fight with Fully max Gloom is more than possible and straight up become proper gameplay for her now, due to how fast the CD of the Second skill.

It's debatable whether it's a buff or nerf, which boils down to how you play with Lylia. But even if it's a nerf, it's not a severe one. The old Lylia gets more charges to throw in a teamfight (throw all > ult > throw more), but this is assuming you are 100% uninterrupted. Also if you do get interrupted, you deal lesser damage AND your ult is on CD. If there are survivors, you can't chase because you have no charges and no ult. The new Lylia gets less charges in a teamfight but can continuously throw bombs as if she's Gloo on steroids. You're very likely to throw way more charges overall, while your Gloom stays big for longer. Not to mention the threat of your ult being available will keep the opposing Jungler from jumping on you. The only other bad thing about this is that Enchanted Talisman is now mandatory.
Atlast! After almost 2 yrs of requesting beto to play lylia, the wait is over. As a lylia main, she actually deals alot of damage even with just ice queen wand and glowing wand. For me the best item for lylia is magic boots, enchanted talisman, ice queen wand, glowing wand, brute force and for the last item… it actually depends wether to get more damage (divine glaive), to get more sustain plus a little bit of damage (concentrated energy), or just to make sure to play safe (immortality). Tips in late game: as what beto mentioned, you can spam her gloom to its maximum stack in the late game because the cooldown is freaking fast and also to sustain that maximum damage of the gloom. Just remember to keep that gloom poppin inside the circle.

That's why I auto-aim when it's point blank. Chaining her second skill is far better. Now that her second skill is bigger, it's a lot easier for me and harder for them to avoid/escape it.

Actually there is nothing wrong with that Aldous ulting right before lord cause he wasn't planning to contest,he was checking if someone was coming to defend bottom lane or if he can just backdoor cause Aldous is one of the fastest heroes at destroying base,and a lord teamfight doesn't seem ideal for him,I mean there is khufra that can spam cc him,then Clint had wind of nature so he could just use it then use second skill to escape,lylia purify and ult,and fanny not easy to hit, Esmeralda easy to 1v1 but not ideal to focus her in a teamfight,it is why betosky waited a bit before clearing the wave he was checking if Aldous is planning an ambush(I do that always lol flicker stun then two punch mage or mm)

Hello, Betosky. Lylia's Gloom can serve as a vision and you can plant them on bushes. There's no need to camp inside a bush. :)
