- *Except the Golf. That's no challenge. It's ridiculously overpowered in the Touring Car division, making some of the weaker cars a massive challenge to win in, so today we begin a massive side quest: win a race in Featured Multiplayer using every one of them.

I would advise you use the Levorg this week as it has really good tyre deg compared to the front wheel drive cars, which you won't see the benefit of next week if the race distance rotates back to short races.
I tested briefly on Le Mans and it seems the top end isn't so bad either

How is your fps counter over 60fps online???
I don't think it's intentional, I have it set to 60fps Vsync, but it always sits at 71/72, and sometimes will randomly go to 90 or so.
The Golf GTI isn't the only car that needs a little nerf. The rs3 is also way faster than anything else. I even had people driving faster in a Rs3 than I was in my GTI because the audi has better handling. They are both too strong compared to the other cars in that category. Oh and the freaking C8 and R8 in GT series is also pissing me off lmao. If you dont use any of these cars you have no chance for the most part.
In GT I've had success with the GT3 R and M8, but definitely lobby and track dependant. I've seen others doing well with the Viper and NSX
Viper and R8 are meta, depending on the track and judging by rivals leaderboards
@@JustDevonthe C8 apart from the Audi in GT seems the most meta in overall tracks..
However at the Watkins Glen track this week I’ve been kicking ass with the Bentley however is definitely most tricky to use and I can see why most people don’t use it. I am on a sim tho and fine tuned my settings to make it more less tricky
You can add the Audi R8 LMS into the OP category for Forza GT. I do use the Golf in Touring, but have refused to use the Audi in Forza GT. Both the Golf and Audi are cars you have to pay extra for, Car Pass and Race Day Pack respectively. That is what really irritates me. I'll say it, the definition of Pay to Win.
I’m pretty sure only the gulf is a car that can only be obtained with paid DLC. It’s actually backwards you wouldn’t use the R8 since anyone can obtain it you just pay to get it instantly.
@@jamesharden3timedpoy466 The R8 is part of the Race Day Pack, so you can get it without the Car Pass, but you still have to pay for it.
@@Kaylos29 I’m pretty sure that the pack gives you the cars instantly so you don’t need to buy them in game. The car pass is the one with exclusive content.
@@jamesharden3timedpoy466 The Race Day Pack doesn't come with the Standard Edition. Heck, it doesn't even come with the Deluxe edition. You have to buy it separately for $9.99 (or 8.99 with game pass) or have bought the premium eidtion. It's more PTW than the VW Touring car is.
Buying them in game is irrelevant, as in game money is easy to come by in this game.
@@Kaylos29 I think you misunderstood what I’m trying to say. The R8 is available to every player regardless of what add ons they buy. All the race day pack is is a way to get a few cars for “free” it’s not exclusive to the pack. Essentially it’s like a starter pack you just get a lot of cars quickly not exclusively. Unlike the golf which is exclusive to the car pass.
They mixed "old" NGTC cars (every BTCC car featured in the game is retired novadays) with both new and old TCR cars. It's interesting that Levorg is so bad, when it's definitely the most successful NGTC car IRL out of ones featured.
I just hope we will get better BoP and more NGTC and TCR cars (old and new).

Have you tried running different downforce levels by tuning the car?
Did you download any tunes? That would normally help if not.

@@JustDevon ahhh alright, didn't know that. It's extremely hard on the tires though. But OP nonetheless. All they have to do is make the races 1 lap longer lol. Still a really fun class to race though!
