A sale is a sale and from DAY ONE when I started back in March I took your method as my own and I refer to myself as the McDonalds of eBay cards. Sell a ton of cheeseburgers to pay the rent, sell a few Big Macs to pay the empoyees....lol
Good stuff brother, keep them coming! I continue to find ending 50 cards/day and going striaght over and selecting them all under "Unsold" and "Sell Similar" helps my traffic. eBay considers them new listings! This helps when it may be hard to list new cards everyday. If you "Relist" them, they are not considered new, go with the "Sell Similar" option! Thanks again for the content bro!🤙🏻
damn bro you do this for a living? i’ve sold a decent amount on ebay. I never thought you could sustain a reliable income source. thanks for the bud brother !
Thank you Josh for these videos. I discovered you like 2 days ago and your channel is truly a hidden gem. Question. I'm opening an online store myself on Ebay very soon. I already wrote down the listing 3 cards a day method and buying low end cards for bigger inventory. How do you deal with returns? I see a lot of stores on Ebay who have no return policy. As a brand new store, should I set it up from the get go that returns are accepted or should I go with the "All Sales are final approach?"
Thanks for the videos! I do have a question though, you say to consistently post daily but what do you recommend for new people on ebay with seller limits? I only have 8 postings left for the month of June.
You use free shipping to entice customers to purchase more cards from you in one transaction. This then covers your shipping costs and you only have to pay the .30 transaction fee once.
I've been following your videos for a while now and I'm in the 3-5 postings per day range. How long did it take you to get any traction to your page at 1st and How long did you wait in the beginning to invest more $$ into cards when you still had some to sell? Thanks for all your help and content
I sell all cards. Especially low end. Yes it doesn’t make much. But if you love the hobby and sport . Then it’s just another day It’s not my main job anyways
This just shows how ridiculous it is to sell low end cards. I don't mess with anything unless I can get at least $3.50. I charge $1.08 for shipping. You are doing so much work on these sales which you don't mention. The time it takes to list all these cards plus the thousands of cards that might never ever sell. Then the time it takes to find the cards and mail and ship them. I probably spend about 5 minutes to list and another 5 minutes to ship each individual card. You have to take time to do the photography right and make sure the listing is accurate and coming up with a comp price. Then when you sell you gotta print and cut the label and then stick it on the envelope AND DOUBLE CHECK you are sending the right card to the right person. So in the end you are probably making less than $5/hour net profit for your effort. So my advice to you is focus on cards $3.50-$20 so you can take advantage of the ebay envelope and make the customer pay for shipping. Take the rest of these cards and either give them away or sell them in bulk lots.
He touches on them factors in other videos, sure going after a bigger slice of the pie can be appetizing but if your enjoying the hobby, that's the real point of a hobby
As @aaron2a82 already mentioned, he points all that you said out in other videos. This is not high dollar rolling here, it is something he enjoys doing. I do the same thing for the same purpose. I work full-time, this is just for fun and just enough to support my collection and buy some more as well!🤙🏻

great info josh thank you ?have you done a show on taking picture for ebay or scans?tim
How do I get the ebay card stands?
I'm trying to grow up & be like you, big dawg just getting started selling
Great video, do you feel your selling more low end cards by doing free shipping. Instead of like .60 cents shipped?
Free shipping is the way to go tbh
You use free shipping to entice customers to purchase more cards from you in one transaction. This then covers your shipping costs and you only have to pay the .30 transaction fee once.
What eBay store subscription do you use?
Shipping is my biggest struggle. Do you pre-package your listings for shipping or do you list them and only package when they're purchased?

do you advise to sell cards in lots. specially the not so popular players?
