Rolling Stone ranked Angus like 94 out of 100 best guitarists. This guy can play solos without even looking at his guitar He should at least be in top five!.
@@beqamiskariani7023 Kurt Cobain? Bwahahahahaha. Seriously when did he EVER demonstrate the ability to rank on the top 100? He was an average rhythm guitarist at best. Every one of those best guitarist lists includes him, cant for the life of me take them seriously.
It is along with Problem Child but Bon Scott owned this with authority !!! Now I love Brian and he's awesome but I grew up on Bon Scott. See the video with Bon !!!
Damn right, hands down. Thing is there are those who love ACDC who've never heard this song. It never gets radio time like the classics. The live version with Bon is probably the best live song I've heard.
That second half of the opening riff is possibly the grooviest, funkiest rockin' opening to any song ever. These guys are pure rock and roll talent, all the way!
Well get over it.....hes not rejoining as Angus wont have him no matter what crap you read in the media. I don’t know who they will stick with going forward but it wont be Phil Rudd. Angus didn’t even reply to any letters Phil sent him.
Brian is as natural to ac dc as Bon, to me they are the same, I love them both their personal styles. Brian delivered the goods on Back in Black in way people do not realize. He chose to sing things a certain way, ways he came up with, that are taken for granted, what he did was original & inventive and intuition. The album is perfection in every way. He always sings Bon's tunes down to every nuance and ad lib. Bon would do the same. You just keep on....I only think of Boni the present tense anyway. He is totally alive in the music. I saw the film in a movie theater when I was12, Let There Be Rock showed at a huge luxury theater. Enormous screen in full stereo sound, amazing seeing Angus so huge.
In my own opinion Brian rocked this tune...total agreement to comments that Bon Scott had it and his voice will forever be the original acdc but having watched them live in 96,2001 and again in 2007 I cannot express how good Brian is/was...absolute legend and walking into bon's shoes took some bloody balls and my god he did it and well played sir...for those about to rock..WE SALUTE YOU👍
Makes me wonder what it would be like to see/have seen AC/DC in a pub or club. These are guys that can make a football stadium vibrate! Put them in a club, and there'd be nothing but smoking rubble by the third song!
The last time they did this song live was right before Bon died, in January 1980 in Paris. They didn't play this song for 16 years because this was one of Bon's favorite songs. Brian did a good job singing this song.
The best acdc cover done by acdc ive seen, brians voice at full tilt for that first verse is about as close as we could get to hearing that song properly
Bon: “Brian, I wrote this so when I go and you take over, you can just sing a few lines and sit back and watch these monsters absolutely effing JAM. You’re welcome.”
My top 3 best live Rock bands ever 1 AC/DC 2 Rush 3 Queen And I've seen em all in my 70 years...from Aerosmith to Zeppelin. 1 and 2 interchangeable, so I'll add a 4 and make #4 TOOL.
Say what you like about ac/dc but this is such a great set. Such a tight sound. I was given Powerage by a friend on my 16th birthday back in the 70s and love all the songs on it. I loved the Bon Scott era and never really felt they achieved the same quality with Brian on vocals , but the VH1 sets proved Brian could do the older songs justice.
Would it be cool if bon came back from heaven as a angel and everyone saw his wings and sang with the band for the rest of the concert that would be awsome
You can tell Brian's a happy camper being a singer with AC DC
ya man wouldn't you be
Bit more successful then geordie
Nope leave Bon Scott songs alone don’t get me wrong BJ is the man but nah ✌🏼JB✌🏼
Rolling Stone ranked Angus like 94 out of 100 best guitarists. This guy can play solos without even looking at his guitar He should at least be in top five!.

Haris Ali Abid
Angus Young should be in the top three, he’s a musical genius.

When Angus flicks off the schoolboy cap all hell breaks loose. ACDC in their prime
Yes he was mental player going back 25 years or more
This has got to be AC/DC's best ever song, amazing!

The part right after the solo where it builds up and goes back to the intro riff is one of my favorite moments in music history
Overdose,night prowler,riff raff.
YESSSSS!
Phil and Cliff kick serious ass in this song
Powerage is one of AC/DC’s greatest albums.
The best álbum with Back in black
Flick of the switch
It's my fav album too
Nah man. Highway to Hell and Let There Be Rock are two of my favourites!
@arhp1962 its one of the best selling albums but powerage has some good tunes

Rest in peace Mal. You have given us so many great memories. Your music will never be forgotten.
RIP
Hands down best rhythm guitarist ever
Kudos to Brian Johnson. He does a great job with this Bon song, as well as all the others.
You must have some kind of hearing impairment.
BJ couldn't touch Bonnie if you prayed to God for it.
Amazing how well he filled Bon's shoes, a seemingly impossible task.
@@yommy65i liked he went with his own style instead of copyìng Bons
Brian does an AWESOME job on this Bon classic.
Like Brian better anyways!!!
when Phil is on drums they always sound better.
Fair
The best
Slade was great on the chops aswel but I've got to agree Phil just has that special acdc groove and swing that can't be matched by anyone
Must be somink about the name phil this one and Phil Taylor both good drummers

Phil is a machine on this "Riff Raff" track.
The power of this band is unbelievable. Best. Band. Ever.
Unless you haven't noticed phill is the one on the drums. Driving this song

Best ac dc song ever
Lucky camera crew, getting their faces melted by this awesomeness 👌
Brian Johnson makes this song his own! great singer!!
Brian has always seems to love the Powerage songs and always has the best time singing them
How could you not love this, it's the fucking bare bone of rocknroll.

I remember this 1996 I remember taping it and nearly burning it out VH1 studios
Wow...Brian Johnson kicks major ass!!!He's always my favorite AC/DC singer!!!
Come on... Really?
THAT'S how you play riff raff....tempo is perfect.!!! Awesome 👍
this song makes your toe want to tap.you cant stop it!!
Riff Raff is just such a great journey into 70's rock. Amazing solos as always from Angus.
This sounds magnificent with headphones- Angus and Malcolm - what a sound- nothing like it!!
Always a hard-working, no nonsense, straight ahead rock band. Lots of respect.
This is great. It’s like watching the band play in a garage.

This is a MONSTER track! Clockwork chaos.

*main riff starts* oh yup that's why.
Bro same here but 4:30 am
I really love this version of the Angus solo.
steadily increasing speed in the intro is pure genius
Perhaps the best song ever pressed onto vinyl.🤙🏼

Angus is spot on to his usual form here. He has never played the same song twice.
Killer Riff, the whole band just rocking it, love it.
Nice job, Brian.
Got reminded of this jam... wont misplace it again! 🤘🏻🍻
This must've been the first time they've played this since 1978.
It’s the first time I’ve seen Brian sing it.
I think they played it in 79 a few times
THIS IS THE REASON I WHY PICKED UP THE AXE !!
One of the greatest hard rock songs...period.
Malholm u created a hell off a riff with this song I can see why u called it riff raff rip mal
Them boys are Laying it DOWN!
Angus, Malcolm, Cliff, Phill and Brian... forever in my heart!
One of their most underrated songs by far... love Riff Raff.... should be on any Top-10-Guitar-Solos-in-a-rock-song list....
The first riffs are amazing!!!
This is fkn unbelievable!!!🤘🏻🤘🏻👌🏼👏🏼
Absolute power!!!!!!
One of the most energetic songs from AC~DC IMHO
Angus and his guitar are one, I love it how he seems to almost make it talk, I believe it is a living being when there together! ❤❤❤
This song guaranteed to start any party to bring down the roof! 😁
Great song, one of their best.
