"Kinky" Gengar = Is locked up because he snuck into the Pokémon Daycare at night & got a little too kinky with other Pokémon of the opposite gender. They didn't give him consent, either. The Gengar appears to be demonic.
Blushing Hoodlum Pikachu = In prison for vandalism, because he sprayed Rule 34 graffiti on building walls, which explains the red paint & blushing. Possibly also a demon.
Druggie Bulbasaur = Definitely a demon; he is in jail for dealing illegal drugs; may have snuck some in jail for his buddies.
Rule 34 Squirtle = Locked up for downloadeding illegal Rule 34 content on his PC's hard drive; you can tell because he is reading a Rule 34 book. Strangely, Squirtle isn't a demon.

for anyone wondering where these abominations came from: they were originally made as spoofs by a company called SOUL-M Studio that makes collectible resin statues. these ones, of course, are just cheap chinese knockoffs (which is why they got gengar's colour wrong & the original book squirtle was holding was much more lewd lol.) there's even a slowpoke and a psyduck in the actual set, and pikachu comes with a cigar to shove between his teeth.

Reading it, it's make from snippets of Japanese prose (nothing erotic unfortunately, just poetic sounding phrases). There are clearly bits missing (bits of sentences and words are cut out right in the middle) and it's not cohesive. I doubt it was meant to actually be read and understood. A prime example of this is that in the bottom right paragraph of that book, you can see there's a close bracket in the text near the start without a corresponding open bracket; it starts in the middle of a kanji reading but the start of the reading nor what kanji it's a reading of is shown. As a result, it ends up saying the equivalent "Do not give to children under the age of" and cuts off abuptly lol.
Another simple way to tell this was not made by the Japanese is that it isn't vertically-oriented text (as is traditional with literature/novels)
