- Meghan McCain, speaking at her father's memorial ceremony in Washington, D.C.'s National Cathedral, gave a forceful rebuke to the rhetoric coming out of the White House just a few miles away, defining the America of John McCain as one that is generous and welcoming, modest yet strong -- and already great.
I appreciate Meghan McCains eulogy to her father and I love the shade she threw at Drumpf.
Who is the liberal who spent a lifetime savaging John McCain, aresenal0782 and is now lionizing him? For that matter, which liberal is lionizing him? I haven't seen that. I've seen plenty of recognition of McCain's sacrifice and heroism, but almost every liberal I've heard, including right here in this thread, makes a point of expressing disagreement with him while holding him in a place of honor. I guess you wouldn't understand that, since it's what decent people once did in a time before we elected a pussy-grabbing shitstain to the presidency. You know, like about three years ago, back when America WAS great.

With the first company I tried to make a valid claim when I fell and broke my arm and they never paid. With the second company I tried to make a valid claim for a long term illness and they never paid. The only reason each company denied my claim was because I was an individual purchaser and they knew I could not afford to hire a lawyer to fight them. As I got older with a pre-existing condition, the rates with a 3rd company became astronomical, $1,200 per month for a useless $6,000 deductible joke of a policy that I finally had to drop because I could no longer afford it. After I got Obamacare the rates became very affordable for real insurance, and they actually PAID when I had a claim. My Obamacare saved my life and John McCain saved my Obamacare so I am very grateful to him, he was a real hero in my eyes.
