- Do you feel like you rush through life, and that multi-tasking is the only way to get everything done? Wish you could somehow magically slow down time so you could be more present and focused? This one's for you.
I want to let you in on a secret: time-bending is not a skill reserved for time travellers and characters from your favourite fantasy novel. It's a human skill perfectly within our grasp - if only we remember how to wield the full power of our attention.
In this video, I share how we can change our experience of time by changing how we direct our energy and attention in any given moment.
When you learn how to time-bend, you can slow down time, get far more done, and be more likely be able to reach that exalted state of "flow".
Are you a time-bender? Comment below!

Your comment made me smile so much. May it be so! Thank you :)
Imogen, it's beautiful how you convey these concepts in an easily approachable way - I like how you simplified the aspects of attention from the perspective of psychology/neuroscience i.e. interoception & exteroception :)
Thank you!
Hello Imogen, I'm so glad I have stumble across your channel. I like your ideas. I always feel I am "fighting against time". I shouldn't feel that way time is fluid and not truly the social construct that I think makes me constantly.... fight against it vs going along with it. Like a wave. The brain is amazing! Subscribed I look forward to watching more. Beautiful chair by the way!
